jayseven Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 No, it was stapled to the chicken. I'm sorry, that was rubbish. Someone else should probably pose a riddle

Diageo Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 I was gonna say tied to a chicken, but I guess I'm too late.
MoogleViper Posted October 31, 2009 Posted October 31, 2009 What lives on it's own substance, but dies as soon as it devours itself?
MoogleViper Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Is one of the correct answers. Another would be a candle. (Or a star which a sun is.)
D_prOdigy Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I have a mouth but do not speak. I have a bed but never sleep. What am I?
D_prOdigy Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Nicholas Lyndhurst Real brownie points to any who gets the reference. Someone else go
Gizmo Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 A fellow encountered a bear in a wasteland. There was nobody else there. Both were frightened and ran away. Fellow to the north, bear to the west. Suddenly the fellow stopped, aimed his gun to the south and shot the bear. What colour was the bear?
jayseven Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 An easy one; what starts with T, ends with T, and is full of T?
MoogleViper Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 I'd just like to say that the bear would not be white. A polar bear's fur is actually transparent.
D_prOdigy Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 An easy one; what starts with T, ends with T, and is full of T? Teapot????
jayseven Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 yes, teapot. And moogle - so polar bears are see-thru coloured, or what? How would you describe it if you saw one?
MoogleViper Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 And moogle - so polar bears are see-thru coloured, or what? How would you describe it if you saw one? They reflect their surroundings.
Diageo Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 I think it's pretty clear from the picture. Wikipedia could be wrong.
DuD Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 Surely the bear would be crimson if it had been shot
jayseven Posted November 2, 2009 Posted November 2, 2009 "outer layer of guard hairs, which appear white to tan but are actually transparent" (wiki) Well I dunno about you, but when describing someone's appearance I tend to go by how they appear to me. Not to mention the same article goes on to say; "The white coat usually yellows with age." So, uh, y'know.
Ellmeister Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 So why is it a polar bear? (Is an idiot) Lol@ Jay's picture.
MoogleViper Posted November 4, 2009 Posted November 4, 2009 So why is it a polar bear? (Is an idiot) Lol@ Jay's picture. Because the man went north and the bear went west. Yet the man shot south and killed the bear. The only way this could happen is if the man was at the north pole.
