So, does that mean Nintendo won't be showing anything off before the year closes out? The latest rumor says they might have something up their sleeves. Nintendo usually has a retailer event in Japan sometime during October, and word on the street is that this event is going to take place on October 8th. I'm thinking this one is pretty much confirmed, so keep an eye out on Wednesday night for information. Of course, that's saying Nintendo will actually show off new games then! They're just to talk to the stores about what you're going to get them to sell over the holiday season. They're just going to be talking about New Super Mario Bros. Wii, Wii Fit Plus, and selling their other 2009 games over the holidays.

By waiting until E3 2010. But really, what Emasher said. They're just going to advertise Wii Fit Plus and New Super Mario Bros Wii. At best, we can probably expect a new trailer or maybe a few tiny titbits of information. But that is all.

In fact there won't even be any new information at all. There really isn't any need for this thread.
