until the "switzerlandish" obviously, he was joking...but from there I don't know :P

anyway, it's funny to pretend you don't know the names of some countries and their language :D

I know Dutch and English and I used to know French (I can still read most of it but speaking it and understanding the spoken language... that has kind of been forgotten after all those years). I also used to know Latin, which I enjoyed for some reason.

 

Would still love to learn Spanish and maybe Italian, but I know it'll never happen.

it's none since they have 4 languages: french, italian, german and some other one I can't remember...pretty sure it not "swiss" but who knows.

 

Rhaeto-Romanic should be the fourth one.

 

The thing is the Swiss (well the german part of Switzerland that is) speak somewhat of an older version of german - you could call it a dialect that is subdivided into more dialects. The matter of the fact is, that a German will hardly understand Swiss-german.
