Bring the obtained broken sword to Biggoron at the Death Mountain top and he'll give you the prescription. Show the prescription to the zora King to obtain the squinting frog. Bring the frog to the mad scientist of lake Hylia in the given time. Bring the drop to Biggoron in the given time to obtain the certificate.
