Guest Jordan Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Always ate them I think, still do now (it's silly to leave them). Besides, mom always told us this nice little saying: "Van korstjes krijg je borstjes." ("Crusts will give you breasts") It sounds better in Dutch. And it only applies to girls I think... Thats just weird. As a kid in the UK, crusts had negative conotations. 'Crusts will make your hair curly!' although mine is naturally curly as shit.
EEVILMURRAY Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Took them off as a kid, now I leave them on and generally eat them. Unless they're browny and start tasting burnt.
Strider Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I never used to like Crusts when i was little, then one day i couldn't be arsed to take them off so i just left them on. From then on i left them on the bread and now it tastes crap without them.

Rhyming translation: "Eat a crust, get a bust."
welsh_gamer Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Never ate crust as a kid, but I do enjoy crust now, but not on one or two varities of bread out there.
Eenuh Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Rhyming translation: "Eat a crust, get a bust." Haha, awesome! =D And crusts are yummy, especially on freshly baked bread from the bakery. *___*
soag Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I never eat the crust of bread, pizza, pie whatever. Crust = evil
Letty Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 crustless jam + butter white bread sandwiches :3 (in triangles)
Paj! Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 Crust is what actually defines bread. Bread is shite without the crust. Toast is amazing with the crust but is still ok without.
AshMat Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 Normally i don't eat the crusts, but there are some breads that hive nice, soft crust (i ahte those hard, dry crusty crusts). In fact i had some fucking great bread for my bacon sandwich this morning, gorgeous crusts.
Jimbob Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 I keep the crust on the bread, then it makes the sarnie look like a sarnie. Plus i want to be different than my family who have no crusts on their sarnies.
