Cube
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7061767.stm Uh-oh, spagetty ohs. Surely they can't demand money back for their own stupidity? It's pretty obvious that is you're going to issue vouchers to people that are intended to be used one, then you have a random code for each person that is valid for one use...My Young Enterprise website had the ability to do that. flameboy
If you read the article it says trading standards have approved the move... but surely they have no right to take the money without your permission?
ShadowV7
Wait a little minute... Littlewoods still exists? Well it's their own fault for being idiots and they can get some decent workers to make a unique voucher for people to be used once. They should of thought ahead. No way in hell would I pay £25 back for a companies mistake. I bet they're demanding money cause their finances aren't too good
BlueStar
While Liverpool Trading Standards are supporting Littlewoods, Derbyshire Trading Standards says the shops actions are unfair and are now supoorting one customer who is challenging the decision.
