Anyone played both versions? I didn't play much of the PS2 version but got the Wii version pre ordered. Are the control issues specific to the Wii version or is it just that the brush strokes are difficult to get right in either versions?

Getting slightly bored of this game already. I still don't understand all the hype surrounding GTA as a franchise. I'm not that far in the game, does it get better later on?

Unless it keeps doing it I wouldn't worry about it.

Bioshock is a truly excellent game.

Agree with LBP and Blu Ray as factors for PS3. It's basically why I have one. Though if you only have a Wii right now it seems unlikely that you would have a HDTV, so Blu Ray might not be that important.

I think you've got it pretty much spot on. I would look at games available for each and decide based on that. How much do you really want to play Metal Gear? Banjo, Viva Pinata, Fable 2, and Gears 2 are all looking excellent right now, but then so is Wipeout HD, Resistance 2 and Metal Gear, so it depends what you want to play. Xbox 360 is my choice though.

I think it looks really interesting. Graphics look good and I'm interested to see how much you can do with this vehicle building stuff.

I think the game looks quite good. I've had very little experience with Banjo games so maybe thats why I like the look of it more than others.

EEEFFF YES! Loved the first game, still play it every so often now, so looking forward to this.

The lend a game thing wouldn't happen, and I'm willing to put money on prices being about the same. I think it will be an option to buy more games online but I see both existing in the same way CDs still do.

PS2 was a system that could be played vertical but they sold a stand for it, which to me suggests its not really meant to be played vertical. Also PS2 was mostly down to crap lasers not people playing their console vertically.

But it's designed to be vertical. It's vertical in all the demo pods and everything. As long as it's not moved while spinning then I reckon it'll be fine.

Me and theguyfromsparks played a bit of this today. Really like it, although we think there is a bit too much luck involved, but it's a very enjoyable game. Went and bought it this morning, loving it so far, except those stupid laser ones. They're seriously rubbish.

Generally good games have been coming out of EA for a while now.

Agree there. I'm glad they're trying something like this at least. If it's crap, fair enough, at least it's not another bullshit boring shooting game.

I would definitely look at the Sony Cybershot ones. I've got one and I think its excellent.

Thats why I'm glad I have all 3 consoles this time around. Last time I only had a Gamecube so as you can imagine I missed out on a fair bit.

Some people still will, it's not going to completely disappear. How widespread are problems still?

Is it the battery cover being loose? I found one of my controllers would disconnect for no reason, turned out the case on the back was loose. I smashed it up the wall which made it look more lose :p but seemed to fix it. I bought a new one anyway...

Wow now that's unlucky. Has the RROD actually been solved? People are still going to get it because there are always problems with everything, but what I'm saying is has it actually been scaled back to an acceptable limit? As someone who owns both I still prefer the 360. Everything to the controller, the dashboard, Live, and the exclusive games I feel are all better on the Xbox. Plus everyone I play with online has an Xbox. Have other people started to switch over to PS3?

Sat at work right now. I want to play some GTA! I haven't spent a day thinking about wanting to play a game for a while. Must be good!
