If you have both episodes then you can play as Metal Sonic through Episode 1 with reworked stages... and hopefully with Episode 2's physics engine.

I haven't tried the stand at all, I don't think it'd be possible to use it while laying down in bed lol @Jav I recommend using a weapon with a value between 150-250 when you first go online, that way if you get owned you won't hurt your team too much

Scanning the cards/pictures online also unlocks idols (just like trophies in Smash Bros) which give you information about the characters and weapons etc. The game keeps track of which idols you scanned and which ones you earned by playing the game so if for some reason that bothers you then don't scan cards that you don't own. I just had a free for all match where I killed 9 people and died twice and got 2088 points, I did so well that I got a connection error after that match BTW here's a cool little secret for those who have completed the game:

I don't buy any of this for a second - the last rumour was called Sonic Dimensions where Sonic was split into 4 beings with their own stats and special moves and had multiplayer similar to Rayman Origins and New Super Mario Bros Wii but Takashi Iizuka (the guy in charge of Sonic nowadays) flat out claimed it was fake. Sega also invested a lot of money into developing their Hedgehog Engine for Sonic Unleashed and improving it in Sonic Generations, there's no way they're gonna throw it all away for a new engine especially considering their recent losses. Maybe I'm being optimistic but until I see something from Sega themselves I wouldn't pay attention to these rumours.

I got the game today and I got this month's Official Nintendo Magazine which came with a special pack of AR cards. The game seems a lot better than when I played it at expo although I'm having trouble finding the right sensitivity settings to control aiming and stuff but I'll get it eventually... Quick question about fusing weapons, what does it mean when it says that the weapon is part of a set and that if you fuse it the set will be broken? I've only played the DS version... Well I played the original at my cousin's house all the time but I just messed around, kinda like how one messes around in Grand Theft Auto :p As for playing Mario 64 DS on the 3DS, it's not a very pleasant experience. The circle pad doesn't give you analogue controls, it's exactly like playing with the d-pad only less precise and the 3DS d-pad isn't as comfortable as on the old DS. Well I guess I could just whip out the stylus and use touch controls I dunno about my favourite stage because there are so many good ones but my least favourite stages are the 3 water levels... I hate swimming, especially because it's so slow on the DS version.

If there are any games that you really want to right now then get the 3DS. If you think you can wait then you should wait, because if you don't have any games to play then the 3DS is pretty useless :P No one really knows what the new 3DS will look like, when it'll come out or if Nintendo will even make one but my personal hunch is that the new 3DS will be bigger, similar to the DSi XL.

Looks really good, I was gonna ignore this game thinking it would just be like Epic Mickey on the Wii but now it reminds me of all the Mickey Mouse games I played on Megadrive.

I wouldn't worry about the interview saying they want sales similar to CoD, that was mentioned way back in January when the trailer was first released and no one really cared about it back then so why worry now? I'll just wait and see what the game is like and hope it's like RE5 and Revelations.

You can send him back to the plaza if you go to your Mii Maker, there's an option somewhere to send him back. When I got Iwata he helped me defeat an armoured ghost then ran away from the poison room At least now I have 2 strong blue Miis I can hire whenever I want to breeze through the quest

So how often do you guys play your 3DS games in 3D? I just do it for the first time I play through the game just to see what it's like, after that I just stick to 2D because it saves battery power

How are you guys finding the controls? The on-foot controls are my main concern since aiming and rotating the camera are separate yet both controlled by the stylus.

Shopto is the best for shipping speed, they almost always send games a day or 2 early. Zavvi is the best for price although it's hit or miss whether you get the game early or on release date.

I hope they have both but if they gotta limit it then it better be English only! Bad voice acting only adds to the charm of old games
