Time trial is really cool, if you can find a group of people to compete with it should last ages unless you hate that kind of thing.

Bought this at asda for £27 at midnight. Started at 3:30 with a friend, finished story just now, played on normal. Fuck this game, the campaign is boring, nothing particularly memorable at all. CoD4 campaign puts it to shame. Multiplayer is essentially the same thing, I dislike the maps more but this will probably be a matter of taste. Guns mostly feel weak and boring or just the same as every other WW2 game. Graphics I would say are worse with some really appauling lighting at times. Skip this shit. Oh also the co op campaign split screen setup is ridiculous. It makes it into two boxes sized roughly the same as a normal 4 player sized box, if that makes any sense at all.

Got Dead Space this morning and it's excellent. At the end of chapter 2 so far, highly recommended. Think bioshock in space for the theme and played like resident evil 4.

Got pulled over and fined by the police for smoking weed in a car (I wasn't driving) It still feels awesome because we were pretty high but this is going to hurt in the morning.

I watched the new heroes with some friends and we said what the fuck more times than I can remember and we weren't even high. I'm pretty sure if I watched the first season again most of it wouldn't make any sense any more, some of the characters have just made the most dramatic personality changes, petrelli's mother in particular.

I think ethernet cables can go 200m before losing signal quality (don't quote me on this). Anyway, I'm pretty sure an ethernet cable would work but "homeplug" would still be a more elegant solution.

Word is that Microsoft will be talking about a "Windows Strata" at their PGC. This is probably a new name for their previously in testing stage "Windows Cloud" or it could be the name of Windows 7.

South Park > Futurama > American Dad > Simpsons > Family Guy Is the correct order. Although I will admit that Family Guy is way better this season, the same applies for the simpsons. South Park has had a fairly weak season so far but the last two were just amazing and there's still another 8 episodes to go. Futurama comes second for most consistent quality over a short period. Same goes for american dad. Simpsons beats out family guy for the sheer mass of good television from seasons 3-11.
