  1. ONM Review: http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/47868/need-for-speed-most-wanted-wii-u-review/?page=1
  2. Of course, there are still games to play and many points to win. At the moment, we're outside the Top 4, the last thing we need is cockiness.
  3. Great to hear! Ike, you must resist!
  4. This may have been posted elsewhere, but I thought it fits in this thread. I wouldn't have found that had it not been for Jimmy Fallon and uh... Selena Gomez (never heard of her before): EDIT: I was re-watching last years E3 and Miyamoto's entrance was just as amazing as I had originally thought. I don't know how to explain it but it left me with an awe-inspiring feeling. This guy is special.
  5. I see this as devs getting acquainted with the Wii U via ports. New titles will arrive in due time.
  6. Not quite. Make sure to change your title to "IT'S HERE!!!!" Tomorrow morning, then you'll be ready
  7. Aaah crap. Totally forgot to order this... gonna have to buy it soon. On the subject of pre-orders, I went with ShopTo a while ago, it also seems like most people on here went with them too.
  8. Talented person. Didn't even know that was AVB as I was scrolling through the page.
  9. From Destructiod Medicom Toy brings us
  10. Two pages back, mate. However, I would like to see some adverts too. I want something EPIC!
  11. Was interested in this game before but never bought it for our 360. Good thing we're getting the 'Ultimate Edition' for the Wii U. This kind of reminds me of the Arkham City Wii U Port in that everybody else was able to enjoy the game and talk about their experiences but I had to shut myself off and be patient. Was the wait worth it? Absolutely! Arkham City: Armoured Edition is a great example of a port done well. I didn't experience any slowdowns or frame-rate issues (Off TV play inc.) and was able to enjoy a fantastic game that, imo, made great use of some of the Wii U's features and had all of the DLC on disc. I was amazed by Arkham Asylum and was equally impressed, if not a bit more (thanks to the Wii U additions) by Arkham City. Not to mention I got it for a great price not too long after launch! I think ports can be unfairly overlooked simply because it's a port, but for me I'm happy because I could be trying out the definitive version of a great game. Another good point is that so far we've seen some ports done right; Arkham City, Tekken Tag 2, Need for Speed (based on what I've read and watched) and now Deus Ex. All I need to do now is wait for a good price and I'm sold. I say support the good ports, and if they sell well the likelihood for new multiform simultaneous releases and new 3rd party IP's to hit the Wii U will increase.
  12. The Fantasy Life Trademark has been filed for EU. Another step closer towards localisation? http://www.siliconera.com/2013/03/20/fantasy-life-trademark-hints-at-overseas-release/
  13. I got 4 text messages and 4 emails telling me that they've been dispatched... they know it's a very important game. I just hope the mailman doesn't deliver it like this:
  14. Very true, there was a time when I hadn't played for 3/4 months. I was able to slot back into the rhythm again with no problems whatsoever. Those TV like reminders at the start of a chapter come to the fore in times like this.
  15. Just got my receipt for the 3DS version too. Now all that's left is to wait for those two packages to arrive tomorrow!

Haven't bought any volumes yet, Waterstones has them though. I might just wait for those box sets as they must be cheaper buying in bulk as opposed to single volumes.

Also, my current Bookshelf is starting to break so I'll need to find a new one before I buy anything :p

Btw, how did you find out about those Viz boxsets?

  17. Only the Wii U Version for me though, the 3DS one is yet to be processed.
  18. My sister pointed me towards cube-europe as a solid source of Nintendo news. Been viewing this website almost everyday since.
  19. Likewise. If it hasn't been processed by tonight then chances are we'll get the game on Thursday/Friday.
  20. Coming next week to the Japanese 3DS eShop with a price of 600 Yen. http://www.gonintendo.com/?mode=viewstory&id=198362
