Yeah, thankfully, I've been playing it for 5-6 hours a day for the past fortnight . I've got some pretty useful tactics worked out that I use, although some are pretty hard to pull off with my worn down Snes controllers. If they jump in the air at any point It's best to react immediately with a shoryuken. When they are some distance from you, do a haduken, and when they are one jumps distance from you, fake a hadoken and if you're lucky they'll jump, or block, in which case jump forward with a fierce air kick and then immediately do a fierce floor sweep. One special that I never use is the Hurricane kicks though, because it's pretty useful. Now that I've regained my form, I'm practically unbeaten for about 70 games at school Actually it kinda sucks, cause noone ever wants to play me on it anymore... Oh, another amazingly awesome tactic is to jump and land behind the opponent and press punch, and it throws them immediately, although I'm sure its some sort of glitch....It only seems to work with Ken and Ryu though aswell... Hehe, without a doubt one of the best games ever made. I see your haduken and raise it with my shoryuuuuken! Yeah, I would love that, they released loads of street fighter games on the GBA, so an online one would be ideal. I would also love a DS version of Tekken 3!

Anyone...?

Wanna see my six pack? Last summer I spent a good 30 minutes doing crunches every day, and it really works, or at least I think it did, but meh, you have to keep off the beer which I could not be bothered to do over the whole summer. It's a tough undertaking to be sure....

Zelda: Twilight Princess Discussion (SPOILERS: BEWARE)
The Bard replied to EchoDesiato's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Really? I thought it was annoying as fuck, but hey, to each his own. Of cours it's easy once you know what to do... -
You're joking right? Someone please tell me he's joking.

Oh wow, great find. I bought it on launch for £40, but it was worth it, definately my fave snowboarding game thus far. I hope you don't mind me posting it here but, I got Super Tennis for the Snes and Shinobi 3 (which I have been trying to track down forever) from gamestation today for a grand total of £5. A steal if there ever was one.

Is this all you come on forums to do? You said the exact same thing on the power metal forum. Kunt. Yeah, some J-pop is really quite good, Marty Friedman apparently now plays as a freelance Jpop guitarist, which is what got me interested. It can be quite fun and catchy sometimes. Link: http://twochineseboys.blogspot.com/2005/11/radio-in-my-head.html = the best jpop I've ever heard...

Yeah, I'm with zero here, Gundam Wing all the way, those gundam's look seriously kiddy.

Henman is and always will be crap, he only gets so much support because he's the only English player of any renown whatsoever.
-
Wow, that looks amazing....

Nah, I reckon only Retro have the potential to become the new Rareware, let's hope we see some original games from them.
-
Yeah, I'd also love to see Okami on Wii aswell as a new streets of rage.

Blade runner sure was a strange movie, and I'm not sure whether it could be made into a game or not.

I see your point to some extent, but the rusty car analogy is pretty crap (no offense). I agree with the loading times, but only retrospectively, when I boot up my snes, every menu comes up instantaneously, no loads so in that sense it's all good. The load times in FF7 weren't very noticable tbh. Maybe I'm just wierd in this respect, but I actually prefer SNES sprite based graphics compared to the polygon based cube/ps2/xbox kind, I donno, it seems to me to capture more what I like to call "the spirit of videogames." If anyone says "videogames" to me, I immediately think, Contra, Metal Slug, Street Fighter and Chrono Trigger, not Grand Theft Auto or Halo 2. Videogames these days are just based on graphical detail, and thats partly why the old school games were so amazing, they were graphically limited, so they had to go all out and make sure the games were damn fun, which resulted on the two greatest consoles ever to grace the planet, the Snes and the Megadrive. I think as old as FF7's graphics may look, the fact of the matter is that they capture the atmosphere perfectly, I mean, the first and last time I set foot inside Cosmo Canyon, and the music played, I just stood there admiring the view and taking it all in, and that's the kind of thing you don't find in games anymore. Still, whatever...

In that case, it's all good in the hood. Or something like that.

The only improvements in games over the years that I've noticed are graphical. Super Mario World and Chrono Trigger remain the greatest games ever made, regardless of the graphics. They are the closest Games and art have ever come

It's funny how when someone is racist to black/asian people they get run down immediately but genetic discrimination such as this gets passed by. It's pretty sickening if you ask me.
-
I'm forced to agree. Let's make sure this never happens again .

Aye, I agree with Viewtiful J and Ninja Gaiden, those were some brutally annoying games, although very fun most of the time. I don't get why people find F-Zero GX hard though, I always thought it was a very balanced game. Edit: Metroid Prime: Hunters. Holy shit, I've never come across a shooter that makes me this furious. Can anyone actually beat the level 3 bots? Another thing that annoyed me was that there were no satisfying weapons. Wheres the machine gun? the shotgun??! Surely you cannot have an FPS without a shotgun??!!

Har har. It's called Knock a door run where I'm from, although it's obviously variable. Me and my mates had a version where if no one came to open the door, we came back and sprayed a pentagram on their window with spider foam from the spiderman web shooter. Fun times.

Self explanitory. For Me the game that angers me incomparibly is Street Fighter 2 turbo. When I'm doing badly It makes me want to kill, when im doing well, it's my fave game. Others would be GTA for it's mind numbing boringness. Oh and super mario bros 2. I don't know what it is about that game, but I hate it, and boy do I hate it good. Do share.

Chavs = scum [a sad tale of last night]
The Bard replied to CoolFunkMan's topic in General Chit Chat
What's with all this ginger people hate? Some of the worlds sexiest people are ginger, eg. Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Kidman, Crono and my gf . I can't imagine why there's all this hate, and I'm not biased myself, being black haired and all. Also, chav's are pussies, they are charistically physically and mentally weak, which is why they always travel in packs. When a load of them come up to you and give you shit, just corner one and give him a nice jab in the kidneys, and I swear, they'll all back off, especially if you have long black hair, are 6ft and charistically angry looking . The common mistake people make is giving away that they're frightened or intimidated in any way, you should just have the confidence to look em in the face as if to say, come get some if you think you're hard enough. -
GTA is owned by sony, hence the reason it's being released on the XBOX and XBOX 360.

I would like Tekken 6, a new online Timesplitters and Bloody Roar: Primal Fury 2

Haha, very good Mr Mokong. I was expecting that one to be troublesome. See if you can guess the last one. Hint: One of the land features has a name, the band is named after this land feature. Are a technical death metal band.
