yeah thats the way I'm feeling about it at the moment, only up to the forth level but feel that if it wasn't on the wii it would really have scored even lower than alot of magazines have given it. Having said this I am going to going to wait till I finish it (which may be a while cos of Zelda) until I give my real judgment.

yeah just like the gamecube it spins the other way round to a common CD/DVD Writer so therefore it reads the other way round, so unless people find somewhere of writing it to like this just ain't gonna work.

Well just did the water temple, on 20 hrs now wasted 4 hours in there, got stuck when I had the boss key couldn't work out how to get the water to the right level, dismissed the second water level changing type room as thought they were the same they looked so similar! then couldn't work out how to get the stairs back to flush the water through, then got to the boss and thought it was very easy, but did look pretty spectacular! now god damn Midna being a tit has caused problems....

Me to, remember on the cube version where you had to go and see the doctor and it asked you to do different positions whilst playing.

I didn't think you did, I'm sure I've seen screenshots with extra HUD elements that make up for the lack of a DS.

For anyone who has not got one yet, alot of retailers have recieved another delivery today or did at the weekend. the Virgin where I live had them in today, had posters outside saying Wii in stock. As a lot of you will know I work at HMV, we got some in on Saturday and some of our stores have now fulfilled all their preorders, we still havn't but are close. There is expected to be ONE last possibly midweek batch but can't confirm when or if it will actually reach retailers in time...

well £24.99 is the RRP having said that was just in game and they sell them for £32.99, then £34.99 for Wii Play. But at HMV they are £24.99

I am guessing this is just for pokemon for now, as Nintendo havn't perhaps got their proper servers etc... up and running properly? if not more fool Nintendo for buggering up any change of beating microsoft in the online gaming arena

Right as much as I love Zelda so far, and how well implemented the control is it still doesn't get my vote. I can't imagine going back to playing a Zelda game any other way gonna go back and play OOT and WW after TP but still can't imagine how odd it is gonna feel go back to a common controller. But despite all of this my vote goes to Wii Sports It could simply be cast aside as a simple tech demo that shows how the the motion sensors, but it is so much more than this, it has so many hidden depths and you literally as a player want to just keep dipping into it and improving your rating (I'm so close to being Pro in tennis and bowling). The graphics are gorgeous IMO, the mii's are simplistic but fit the whole game ethic, but the enviroments are really nice, then tennis courts look nice, the bowling alleys look so shiny and wooden! one rubbish bit of graphics tho baseball, wots with the dots for the crowd?!!!

I didn't think it had actually been confirmed, just that they were looking into it. gonintendo posted it has proof/confirmation that it was so thought I'd post it all the same.

don't expect we will see much in the way of graphical improvements just bolted on wii controls probably, but it's still nice to know we have a big franchise coming to the wii.

call me a cynic, but I think we will see a firmware update allowing use of the classic controller for gamecube games, but not until Nintendo feel they can no longer flog cube controllers/they sell all stock of them, we have had so many people asking at work for them...and we can magically order them now again...

yeah i completed it 3 or 4 times and loved it, it was just such a funny game, and was one of the first games to make good use of context sensitive A buttons.
