Jimbob, I'm likin' your song choice there & will use it as my inspiration to try and avoid relegation. The odds are against me though with form at a season-time low and with no money to fund training i'm having to battern down the hatches. Despite going ultra defensive against Elites, guessing his formation and playmaker, they were still too strong. Mcoy and BSO have the potential to beat anyone at anytime whereas we don't so i'm not holding my breath but who knows!

I didn't even notice it had gone up till you said that. I may have to agree now that they've introduced the youth investment but maybe give it a chance and see how it goes for a few weeks. Will give it my best shot!

I invested 200k and also have 2.5 stars. It'll take you 10 weeks at 300k to get to the max starage if i remember rightly!

They've served me well in my 3 season ascent from the basement to the Elite League and helped me stay there last season but i want to downsize my squad now as i have no money and can't afford to keep training a 20 man squad so feel free to make an offer before midnight (xpert time) if you're interested, Aurelius already has a bid on him but i can accept your offer before the bidding ends if need be.

Thats what i'm talking about Tales:- Put more money on offer in the pools & more people are going to be interested so more people play, the more people play the more money in the pot and the higher the rewards for the winner. Yeah, i know what you mean, if you don't have the money in the first place then you can't bet but then it just gives those who want to make more money a chance to do so. It can be a risk but at least the option is there if you want to have a go from time to time. By the way, there's nothing wrong with putting a bet on the pools on the actual day of the game

I say whack the pools stakes up to the max!!! It's the only other way of making much needed money. Very much needed for this time the season too when all the money has to be splashed on transfers and training. People don't have to participate if they don't want to but that's their choice, it's nice to have the option. Plus it's a bit of extra fun and will get more people involved if there's more money involved. Not many people probably do it atm cos the winnings are barely worth it!
