I very much doubt Datel would of managed to get hold of a US copy of Brawl whilst the freeloader was in testing. Its not as if Nintendo are going to send them review copies

If they did manage to test Brawl it would of been the Jap version the US version may have different security on it. Saying that i'm fairly confident it will work
