  1. lol, yeah I didn't watch the second video for the same reason!
  2. Seems they may look more like the '90s cars?... Same in terms of height, though even those rear wings were a little wider! Actually, add in the 2009 KERS 'turbos' and we've just gone back 20 years!
  3. Yeah I'm finding the company really difficult to follow at the moment! We had Pad-man being handed a piece of paper saying 10,000 on it in Ep2. This was brought up again in Ep4 where that figure has now reached 15,000. But we don't know what the figure represents do we? The female company Scilla card holder from Ep4 has just got a plane to somewhere to do with that 15,000. We had Agent Selfs ex-company insider get shot today, seemed a bit pointless to me. There's these Chinese guys in New York, who if they are in Whistlers notebook, must have had something to do with how he was gonna bring down the company. But why was that guy killed because he didn't meet with Cole Pheiffer. And who is Cole Pheiffer? Whistler must have thought him important because he had a whole folder of info on him which T-Bag stole. But is the real Cole Pheiffer alive or dead? Presumably dead, but do we know why? and by the company I guess? Hmm... Anyways, they seem to be getting through the Scilla cards quite quick, 4 episodes in and 2 cards down. So guess there'll be quite a few eps to tell the whole story. And of course a lot more boobage to come!
  4. lol, was actually just looking into it and found out she played Ryans girlfriend Lindsey in Season 2 of The O.C. if anyone watched it?! I'd wouldn't have recognised her!! change in character from bit of a geek to sexy receptionist, and also gone from very strawberry blonde to dark redhead, which suits her much better! Back in The O.C. days... Prison Break
  5. Yeah I've always thought it looked good, and those are some great videos!
  6. Yep, they are well worth a look!
  7. Sarcelles bids to host French GP http://www.itv-f1.com/news_article.aspx?id=44003 Personally I'm getting fed up of all these new GP circuits. If they build a new complex in Sarcelles it will no doubt be another Bernie-Tilke track, which could go either way in terms of how it works as a race track. I love Turkey, but other tracks this guy's built are just processional snore fests, in the middle of derelict waste land and just look empty, characterless and boring! The Disneyland Paris proposal whilst offering interesting scenery, would no doubt be another processional street-style circuit, and I think street circuits should be limited in numbers anyways. Afterall, circuits are the home of motor racing and street circuits should be used sparingly to just offer up the occasional racing spectacle. A Paris street circuit would also be of little interest to me for the above reasons. The articles says Magny-Cours are going to put a redevelopment programme into effect, in a bid to maintain the race and I have to say this would be my preferred option. I used to find Magny-Cours pretty dull, but personally I've found the last two years fantastic! I really think much more needs to be done to preserve 'circuits' on the calender and especially some of the traditional racer ones, with history. But I can see Bernie getting his way and filling the calender up with new modern circuits. However, I'd much rather see the money go into updating and redeveloping/renovating tracks, as these are often the ones with the best layout, best scenery and most exciting racing! Check out a lap of the ditched Austrain GP for example... We're not getting circuits like this anymore, that go up and down hills or through forrests etc... The natural courses are so much more attractive and often offer up plenty of overtaking. I'd rather they take us to racing venues like this, just modernise them and bring them up to standard!
  8. Williams are testing a 2009 style rear wing at Jerez this week, which is taller and norrower to fit in with the new '09 aero rule changes: I knew the '09 rules would through up some very different looking cars, but maybe even more so than I thought! Be interesting to see what the front will look like. Of course this is an early development of the rear wing, and a lot will change between now and March '09.
  9. They probably want you to take em in to check the condition. But anyways ebay is probably the best bet for SSBB. I put my copy on there the other day with a 'buy it now' of £18.50 and it sold in the first few hours, probably could have got a bit more.
  10. lol, and I quote:
  11. What?... are you just trying to be annoying?
  12. Hamilton has also said... - Legends win from the back... something he's been unable to do! - That no-one ever overtakes him round the outside... which Kimi did a couple of days later at Spa! - And about Kimi's driving in the wet at Spa... ...yet finding the braking points in the wet was something he failed miserably at in Monza! He does have a habbit of putting his foot in it! So lets see how things pan out!
  13. By sidekick I just meant new buddy character really. Although that chihuahua's so small I wonder what role it plays?! Maybe it too turns into a big were-dog at night?!
  14. It makes sense because Kimi would really need two retirements from Hamilton and Massa to be right in amongst it. Though anything is still possible, especially as the last four races are meant to have a chance of being wet. And I'm sure he'll still fight for race wins if they're right there for the taking. Good to hear Ferrari are going to try and resolve their tyre heating issues, though it's really too little to late! They should have addressed it right at the start of the season, than just hope they have fortunate weather at each race. Kimi and Massa's thoughts on the car at Monza: It really has been the teams downfall, and the reason why they've lost much of the lead they had in the constructors championship.
  15. Yes he has done better in the '08 car, full stop! However I still put that down to little more than it complimenting his driving style better. Totally. Over the years Kimi has always fuelled heavier and run a few laps longer than his rivals, because he's strong in race pace and so often overtakes his rivals with extra flying laps while they pit early. And that has ALWAYS worked for him and worked well... until this year! This year he hasn't quite got the car he'd like, and yet his race strategists are still employing the same fuel heavy approach. Yet France saw him fuel one lap lighter than Massa, and he blitzed the field in Qualifying 3, not even having to do second attempt if you remember and saving a lap of fuel. He then went on to dominate the race. I really don't know why they haven't used this tactic more often! I remember Martin Brundle saying a few races ago [about what they could do to help Kimi's qualifying]... 'sometimes you try to be so clever with strategy that you just miss the most obvious solution!'
  16. Yeah true! Whilst they probably won't sell aswell as other 1st party games amongst the Nintendo 'hardcore' [i for one aren't buying either], they'll make up for it in terms of sales with the casual/new Nintendo audience!
  17. It not neccassarily wet weather, it's cold weather. Most of the races this year have been colder than expected [with some being actually wet]. Bridgestone as you know bring their two tyre choices based on what they expect the weekend to be like and more often that not this season the race temperatures have been colder than the tyre choices for that race would like. Thus at most of the races the Ferrari has struggled getting heat into the tyres. Massa has done this better in qualifying and then been ahead in the race. And in terms of the wet races. It's dissapointing because I'd say Raikkonen was good in the wet, his drive in China 2007 from last to 3rd for example and others over the years. But as the commentators mentioned a couple of times today, this year he's having to break much earlier for corners etc... because neither him or massa can have confidence in the F2008 in the wet.
  18. Largely because he's been starting from the front row as opposed to the third! Races where Kimi's actually qualified well this season, or had a great start, he's gone on to win, or shown his quality... Malaysia, Spain, Canada, Silverstone, Spa. But hey, we could probably dispute this all day! But I agree Massa has found the F2008 easier and that's come through in qualifying, and thus race results.
  19. No... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!! Although I actually kinda like the look of that sidekick!
  20. And has been a large contributer as to why the points table looks as it does! Plus your comments: "Massa finds the car better than Raikkonen does" I agree with... In qualifying!
  21. Bet Jenson would kill for a peddle car over his Honda! Well if we're gonna look at it in terms of points this season... - Kimi lost a possible 10 or 8 points in Canada, when Lewis ran into the back of him. These two retirements also moved Massa up 2 points positions in that race. - Kimi lost 2 points in France due to an exhaust failure, which Massa then inherited. - Kimi was on course to finish first or second at Silverstone, until the wrong tyre choice. - He lost points in Spa because he had to finish infront of Hamilton, but it didn't pay off. - Massa was gifted 2 points at Spa due to Hamiltons penalty. It's not as clear cut as you make it. There have been loads of factors that have contributed to where the drivers currently stand in the points table!
  22. Like at Silverstone, Spa and today you mean! Massa finds that car no easier to drive than Raikkonen, Hungary was another example where they both struggled on the tyres. The only advantage he has, is that his driving style allows him to get heat into the tyres faster therefore his qualifying performance is better. His race performance is always worse than Kimi's, hence Kimi holding the fastest lap at 9 out of the 14 Grand Prix's so far this season. Ferrari have come out and said that the F2008 wont get it's front end into the corners the way Raikkonen likes and it's something they've been working on and somewhat solved at Spa.
  23. That's because the F2008 is a piece of crap!
  24. Well maybe if Animal Crossing and Wii Music both fail to perform in terms of usual sales figures for 1st party games; maybe [hopefully!] Nintendo will realise they're taking this whole casual gaming approach of theirs that bit too far!
