However, my fave character of all has to be Kuchiki Byakuya. He is downright the sex(my sig lies btw, Renji does not deserve that title!)

Speed Demon; destroys all at racing games, plus is a F'in maniac on the real road. I can't stand being in the passenger seat with him at the wheel. Good taste in music(listen to WWIII by KMFDM-rocks to high heaven) and a great drinking buddy....I still have the pic of him throwing up outside of a bar after drinking way too much guiness...too bad I'm the sort of guy to wet myself over stuff like that than seem concerned and helpful...ROFFLE!!

Imho; Akira is exceptionally overrated. I enjoyed it, but I doubt I'll ever watch it again; there are a vast ammount of titles available, that I believe to be better; Ghost in the Shell is pure brilliance, just like Standalone Complex. Tokyo Godfathers Macross Plus They are only a few films I will post, but all are equal, if not better than Akira(in my eyes).

Good man; Last Exile is one of GONZO's masterpieces, and is a brilliant show all round. It is definitley in my top 5 shows ever, but as with you, I have only seen up to volume 4- 5 is on its way.

The fact is, not many shops would be willing to give shelf space to an unproven title. Look at the trouble Neo magazine had(and still does have) with shlef space. Only a limited ammount of shops carry it. If you were to do a UK drawn manga magazine, then it would have to be sold online imo.

It would be impossible to do tbh, unless as you say, you won the lottery. The financing needed not only to license, sub/dub/rework for UK market, promotion...would be astronomical for a quality show.
