Who's to say this won't be it, just not as drastic.
Metroid Prime got so much ire and hate when it was revealed, since it was different (reminds me of the Federation Force backlash actually), but turned out to be great
Got to my favourite part of any Zelda game last night. Love it so much, hell I'm glad Link's Crossbow Training added it.
Nothing beats the joy of shooting an arrow out of the sky and still killing the archer

Well the e-Reader stuff wasn't in the NOA PR.
I really hope it does have it. I lost my US GBA cartridge when my sister forced me to lend it to her friend who just got a GBA. Never got it, or like a third of my GBA collection, back.
This week:
Super Mario Advance
Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2
Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3
Buy 2 of them and get the third free until March 24th. No sign of e-Reader stages in SMA4 yet.

You can have a full field of view on the GamePad while navigating on the TV. It's the asynchronous gameplay you mentioned
It has come to the point where I do it without even realising now. I was originally against it, but now I'm fine with the subtle motion controls Nintendo are using.
Will have to see how Star Fox Zero does them though.
And maybe if Nintendo emulated them on PSP, PC and heck, even smartphones, they would.
The 3DS is not one of those systems. You're oversimplifying the process.
The 3DS's processor is terrible. This is a fact.
Also, there's a difference between fine for you and fine for Nintendo. If there are "kinks", they wouldn't want to put them for sale.
