-
There really is no pleasing people is there
-
Bah. 8-3 is being annoying. Getting through 8-1 and 8-2 made me end up using all my items, now they're giving hardly any items and I start off with 14HP thus that = deadness lol
-
At least they didn't say it was based on the anime...if they did, they would have not heard the last of it :p
-

A press release by Nintendo just confirmed it NINTENDO'S NEW WII ZAPPER TARGETS FUN First Wii Game-Play Accessory Comes Packaged with Zelda Software REDMOND, Wash., Sept. 10, 2007 - Nintendo announced today that the Wii Zapper™ interface for the hit Wii™ home video game system will come packed with Link's Crossbow Training™. The software is based on the hugely popular Legend of Zelda® series and provides a perfect demonstration of the way the Wii Zapper could be used in other games. The Wii Zapper casing houses both the motion-sensitive Wii Remote™ and Nunchuk™ controllers in a single unit for precision targeting. It goes on sale Nov. 19 at an MSRP of just $19.99. "The Wii Zapper combines our remarkable controllers into one housing with a classic style reminiscent of arcade-style games," says George Harrison, Nintendo of America's senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. "Both veteran and first-time players will find it brings a whole new dimension to games where targeting is key and provides even more exciting game-play experiences." Link's Crossbow Training drops players into a world in the style of The Legend of Zelda®: Twilight Princess. Players assume the identity of hero Link, who progresses through a series of tests to perfect his crossbow marksmanship. Start with stationary bull's-eyes and graduate to moving targets before defending Link against all kinds of enemies. Third-party publishers have lined up to support the Wii Zapper. EA's Medal of Honor Heroes™ 2 lets players take World War II into their hands with the Wii Zapper. The game features an all-new Wii-exclusive Arcade Mode that offers accessibility to gamers of all skill levels, a full single-player campaign and support for up to 32 players in multiplayer. Capcom's Resident Evil®: The Umbrella Chronicles reveals the back story behind the fall of the Umbrella Corporation by exploring locations from Resident Evil 0, 1, 2 and 3, as well as new never-before-seen locations like Umbrella's stronghold. One or two players use the Wii Zapper to take aim against a horde of zombies in first-person perspective. SEGA's Ghost Squad™ lets players replicate the arcade light-gun experience at home with the Wii Zapper. Remember that Wii features parental controls that let adults manage the content their children can access. For more information about this and other Wii features, visit Wii.com.

Valid point This better not suck...
-
I await Tingle's inevitable entry as a Newcomer
-
Well this was a cool but unexpected thing. We needed more Donkey Kong characters
-
Who said anything about EV training? I said training in general and thats through battles which people tend to do while focusing on something else
-
The whole basis of Pokemon is training, correct? Its a slow paced thing that most people usually do while doing something else such as watching tv, chatting online and so forth...if its on the big screen, it'll be longer, more boring and restrict what people do. Pokémon by essence was DESIGNED for the handhelds, not for home consoles. People who claim otherwise are just deluding themselves, majorly
-
Its not that I cant imagine, its just that as a game its more suited to the handheld, thats how the game is. Like FPS's are more suited to PCs, Racing Games to Consoles and so forth I am aware that they were doing it, but Gamefreak make all the creative decisions and make all the main games. The point I was trying to make was that its not Nintendo
-
Ok, i'm just gonna post here essentially what I post in every thread like this 1. Nintendo doesnt make the games, Gamefreak does 2. Gamefreak have explicitly said that they treat Pokémon as a handheld franchise. That is the whole basis of the game. As demonstrated with Colosseum & XD, it just doesn't work as well in the console environment 3. Don't get me started on the MMORPG concept...we'd be here for hours
-
Statistically, Pokemon is Nintendo's most successful franchise. It would be bad sense for them not to include it as such
-
Oh no, its more like Super Mario Bros Brawl really Its got Mario Mario Characters (Bowser, Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Luigi etc) Mario Items Mario-related Assist Trophies Mario stages Its so bad. How dare they play up one of their most popular franchises on this game which is intended to bring the franchises together APOX ON THEM. CURSE THEM. BLAST THEIR HIDES TO HADES
-
I heartily endorse this update :p
-
Its not on PAL Wiis from what I can see
-
Na it'll be a Stage or an Assist Trophy tomorrow
-
Actually it sounds a lot like Birth of the Federation. One of the best Star Trek games ever made. It's made me want this game more now lol http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Star_Trek:_Birth_of_the_Federation for more Sounds very similar
-
Na that wouldn't happen. At least featuring Arceus as we aren't meant to know about it yet
-
So thats what Yoshi was doing to Donkey Kong the other day :p
