NintendoLand and Mario are the only certain ones right now. I'll get Nano Assault Neo and maybe Little Inferno on the eShop. Most of the launch day titles I want turned out to be launch window, especially in Europe
They'd still have to shore up the specs of the system to do it. It's not a feasible thing.
The console's price matches the components that are within it. It's not Nintendo's fault they can't sell the console at a $300 loss like Sony did with the PS3. People seem to forget that these are businesses, not charities
May not cost too much more to construct, but the Wii U GamePad's content is generated seperately to the TV screen. It doesn't just mirror it. As such, if they were to make it HD, they'd have to throw even more power into the console which would make it even more expensive than it already is

Problem is that those devices run absurdly high resolutions in absurdly low screen sizes so things will always look crystal clear on them as opposed to the GamePad which has a similar DPI to the 3DS XL.
The screen IS big, but with such a large border around it of the gamepad, it appears smaller
By requesting a game flop, you are hoping that a business fails. As such, you're wishing for the jobs of thousands of people, to be in jeapordy, and as such, their families
