Vote: no lynch I do agree with chair in that it's a waste of a vote but it's a bit harsh on whoever gets lynched first!

Give it a try but (and I'm meaning no offense here) the fact that you're asking about it and saying you know nothing about it kinda says that maybe you're the type that won't enjoy it. I certainly didn't. Linux and even Ubuntu in a lot of respects is really for the uber geeks only. As raining said, you gotta put a lot of time and effort into it and in my experience there was a lot of faffing around at the command line level to get some fairly basic functions sorted out. This was a couple of years ago now so I'm sure the Ubuntu install has improved a lot since I tried it. Still worth giving it a go though, I'm glad I did but I wouldn't want to stick with it as my main OS.

I don't think a fully vanilla forum mafia would translate too well. I think the reason powers are around are probably to make forum mafias a little more exciting.

Ahh I want to, especially considering my recent post in the pokemafia2 thread. Non mobile net access is a bit awkward for me at the moment but if I can manage to get on s computer I'll be there.

I really enjoyed this game so ta very much Rez! Really enjoyed the way you tried some new twists with the roles, especially mine and Danny's. Non participators did spoil things a little again, especially in the mafia! I had a feeling that some non participators in this game and last only signed up on the chance that they got an, arguably, more interesting mafia role. I still think some kind of non-participators list would be helpful. In that they only got a spot if there weren't enough people to start a game. Also regarding reluctance to vote, I think exact phase ending times would help some to make up their minds. I think the main problem with a vanilla mafia would just be the 'lag' in proper conversation. If anyone remembers the cry wolf game that was around a few years ago (but sadly no longer exists) it was basically a live vanilla mafia. Due to the phases only lasting a couple of minutes each and no lynching not being an option, the conversation was frentic and exciting. Without any info the group would decide who to vote and they'd try and defend themselves. Just from that sort of exchange you could spot mafia. The accuser being just a bit too eager for example. The game was pretty awesome overall. Maybe removing the option to no lynch would help too. Combined with a definite time limit which when run out would lynch the person with most votes. People would be inclined to vote more in case the mafia gained a majority and it would cause the possibility of more revealing voting pattern information. Just some thoughts. Sorry if this was disjointed, mobile forum browsing is awkward!

I'll Vote: Tellyn too. A neutral is still not a townie and I'm wary after the last game. I also won't be around for most of the day and don't want to risk a no lynch day due to lack of votes. EDIT: Sorry, this iPhone layout isn't letting me embolden text.

Sorry guys, don't have any info to share. I know this might be an odd thing to suggest but at this late stage is it worth us all stating what 'mon we are? Sure, the mafia are bound to lie but we might be able to spot them from all the info we have from the write ups. Even if they say they are a mon who someone else is, we could lynch one of them and if townie, we'd know the other was mafia. Just an idea.

Does anyone have any ideas about lynching? I think it's better we're proactive here and with Rez coming back from no-internet land tomorrow we can guarantee that he'll probably start the next night as soon as he's back. I agree at the moment that a neutral lynch is probably better than a no lynch so I'll Vote: Sprout too.

Awesomeness, another mafia dead, surely we're gonna clinch this game. That said I don't have any information at all.If anyone does have any useful info though then please come forward. Obviously there are those among us who are doing a good job of protecting/roleblocking as there haven't been any deaths for the past two nights.

Not sure if I'm just being cautious and reading too much into it but the way the write up is written makes it sound like the flying pokemon was protected rather than the attacker roleblocked?

Whoop at getting the mafia leader but now who to get next... Did anyone get anything?

Psychoville - Episode 6 Straying further and further from 'comedy' territory and slowly becoming a pure OTT thriller with the odd dark joke. Still rather enjoyable though. The whole feel of the show is great too. Coming into the final episode next week, I feel a few of the twists are already quite obvious but I'm still very much liking this show. I don't imagine it'll be able to go anywhere after the final episode however. The guys behind this really could execute a great, more serious thriller. Can't wait for next week's.
