    Yup Coolness speaks the truth as I targetted Jonnas on night two. Though I was told I wasn't able to target him. Oh and also... Change Vote: No Lynch until we have anything better but after his info it seems like he could be townie.

    Lawwwl knew he'd just do an hour long show of normalish stuff relating to probability and the lottery. He did say blatantly how he did it "It was just a trick". No way did the 24 people predict correctly and no way did he do his ocean's eleven style heist upon the balls. Just remember that we still haven't seen footage from that second camera. I bet part of next week's "controlling the nation" will be revealing his lottery trick and how he practically "controlled the nation" in some ways with this stunt.

    Depends what you're planning on studying. If you tell me I might know someone in the same subject area. To be honest, as long as you get good grades in your senior year you should get accepted... I hate to sound cynical and I'm sure someone will sound me down but as you're an overseas student, the uni will get quite a bit more money from you than they would from a UK student. As universities are businesses first really then it makes sense that you would get in... You'd still need the grades though obviously... You been on the ucas website? www.ucas.ac.uk That's where all british students go to apply to any uk uni. Not sure if the same applies for overseas students but I bet it does.

    As long as it's the University of Manchester and not Manchester Metropolitan University (which I went to) then you'll be fine. It's a great uni and I know many people who've graduated from it. You probably won't need a car as all first year accommodation tends to be very close to the city centre and the bus services are excellent. Manchester's a great lively city with lots to see and do and the people are generally very friendly. I had 3 great years in Manchester and am sad to leave it behind.

    He's a terrific actor with how many people he has fooled. I'm not a detractor by the way, I love Derren Brown, he provides absolutely awesome entertainment. Seriously though, watch the start of most of his shows. He fully admits he uses psychology, illusion, misdirection etc... Most people only seem to see the 'psychology' bit though (as it's far more interesting to the mind) and think everything he does is largely psychological mind powers.. Most of his mind tricks are merely magic tricks performed magnificently with a single element of psychology for an improved effect... A lot of the theories are funny though. In magic, the simplest explanation is nearly always the correct one. I'll bet my life that there are no hidden ball printers or "augmented reality" projections being put on the balls.

    Kinda astonished that people here and elsewhere are still entertaining the idea that he might have actually predicted the numbers beforehand. He's a self-admitted entertainer, showman and illusionist who doesn't believe in psychic predictions or anything of the like. It took him a year to fully iron out every last detail of the illusion.

    I wouldn't expect Friday's show to be an entire hour of explanation yknow... More like 45 minutes of normal style derren stuff building up to him showing how he punked us all!

    You could theoretically try anything at home but he's not going to tell you how to win the lottery. Or he might just do a show on probability relating to lottery numbers (that you can try at home in the traditional sense) before punking you and saying that that wasn't what he did at all. Well either that or he swallowed six blank bingo balls and a biro, went to the top of mount everest, preyed to every god available and then shat out the balls one by one which had the winning numbers written upon them. THIS IS TRUE!

    Yawn... just because it's Derren people lose all their scepticism. If it were a magician who fully admitted what they were then people wouldn't be so eager to believe. My facebook is going crazy with OMFG's and WTF's!? Probably a triple split screen with the centre always being live. The left having frozen footage of balls and the right playing footage of Derren with his hand over his mouth. When the footage plays he zooms behind the camera, writes on the balls and then comes back in position while the bonus ball is being read out. The oddly shaky camera work is probably to help cover up the join between live footage and recorded. Notice how odd it seemed that he stayed so so still while the balls were being called.

    I did have a good time playing this though as Nintendohnut said, I did think it would be more fun being mafia. My power was a bit boring for me as the immunity from being investigated (and other powers) only made me more suspicious and the reverse investigating only told me who targetted me, nothing more. I think it was a bit hard to gather us all together as we were all online at very different times and a couple barely participated. I also must say again that we need fixed ending times for each day/night phase as they begin and not half way through. At times we missed out purely because we were still discussing who to kill and weren't sure how much time we had left to decide. I wouldn't say the town was overpowered necessarily but I think the mafia were definitely a little underpowered. I might try running an experimental mafia myself sometime to see if we can shake up the gameplay a bit. I think there's a lot we can take on board from the live mafias. Anyway thanks very much for the great game again Rez!

    Hey guys, been so busy with some incredibly busy days at work lately. All these bloody visitors at the eden project are causing me to be very tired. Also not had anything to share until tonight I just got a message saying that Zell targetted me. Not sure what that means, if anything? Danny is a little suspect especially with the theme seeming to be steel pokemon and like Ell says, one of his supposed powers seems to be pointless. With regards to not-so-tiny, I don't know much about pokemon but as the theme seems to be steel and we know that he's a swallower, is it likely he's going to be a metal mon? Do metal pokemon swallow? I'll hold off voting for now due to my blatant ignorance.
