Well I really didn't have much of a say seeing as I wasn't born when we joined the EU.

My problems with the treaty: We lose a load of our say/power, while some countries double theirs. For 5 years out of every 10, we have no say. We'll lose the referendum part of our constitution. Our neutrality could be compromised.

Horse and Jockey, not really funny, just strange. Haha, the first time I was on that line on the tube the screen read "This train is for Cockfosters". I thought it was a joke at first and that someone had edited the screen!

It's because of a provision in our constitution. To make any changes to it, a referendum has to be held. Surprisingly we're the only country in Europe who has this in our constitution. As far as I know, if we vote yes, we lose this. At the moment I'd vote no, but I haven't read the treaty yet. Interestingly, SIPTU(Services, Industrial, Professional & Technical Union) are recommending their members to vote no unless the government bring in new legislation to protect the rights of workers.

Ah I see. I tried it again a different way(probably wrong), and managed to get a and b but different answers. :S

You need to separate up the 18 and factorise the quadratic(i think). Then you should get the square and the "b" will be whats left of the 18. If I wasn't sick of maths for today I'd do it. :P EDIT: Okay, I'm thinking and I can't work it out. I know what to do but it's not working...I'd say you're right and it's a misprint. :S

I have Leaving Cert exams starting the 4th of June. In the space of 8 days(including weekend when I have two days off), I have ten exams. Yay it's going to be fun. :P I've also been doing very little revision.

I loved both BK and BT. Played them both to death on the N64! They were ever so slightly better than Mario 64 in my opinion. +1. I'm still not keen on the look of Banjo. :/

Haha, ya I was wondering! Nice sig by the way, it would be nice for Lucinda to do well. Yeah I think they've really come out of their skin this series. You didn't hear much from them before but now there's much more emphasis on them.

I'm definitely in need of some motivation. Got my Leaving Cert. in a month or so, its like the equivalent of A levels in the UK I'd say. Except we do at least 6 subjects, and I'm doing 7. Needless to say I've been doing way too little. I'm worried about how little I'm worried about them.

Got the new Halo maps yesterday. I don't know what it is about lockout, but its just not the same as it was in Halo 2! I'm refraining from buying GTAIV until after exams, I'm so jealous about everyone who has it! I'm staying away from the thread as well just in case lol.
