UKmail are THE shit! I always get mine next day, with a tracking number so I can follow my parcel throught the shipping process. From now on, for the extra £1.99, I will be using them all the time. Fuck Royal Mail.

Yes, I did see that. And it does say it will be launched today, and what with m_fergy having it I thought I had missed it. Its not on mine, they must be rolling it out throughout the day or something. Thanks anyway, I will check back later.

I wasn't playing as an Alien, but when I was looking at the guys screen next to me who was, it seemed as if the Alien could jump about 15 feet. It did seem fluid, about 30fps with no lag (although it was obviously LAN). I'm not sure if that answers your question, but it did seem pretty balanced with the amount of kills I was getting as a Marine, and being killed by an Alien. Basically, if an Alien could creep up on you, you were dead, if you saw it first, it was dead.

Yeah sorry, I recognised you from your FIFA gameface lol. Show was ok, I left pretty early as I had seen what I wanted to see, and the in-laws were coming. Otherwise I would have stayed and hung out for a bit. Nice to see you and Mike btw.

Just jumped on when someone left, I was waiting ages mind. It was the same with the GoW III demo, I had to be a bit assertive or I simply would not have had a go. Those nerds are ruthless.

Had a quick go on this at Eurogamer. Seems ok, still needs a bit of polish. I played a deathmatch, 2 were aliens and 2 were marines. The Aliens are really fast and could run up walls and shit. The Marines were your typical heavy weapons dudes packing some serious firepower. Should be pretty good when its finally released.

The weekend has landed. All that exists now is clubs, drugs, pubs and Uncharted. I've got 48 hours off from the world, man. I'm gonna blow steam out my head like a screaming kettle, I'm gonna talk codshit to strangers all night, I'm gonna lose the plot on the deathmatches. The free radicals inside me are freakin', man! Tonight I'm Jip Travolta, I'm Peter Popper, I'm going to never-never land with my chosen family, man. We're gonna get more spaced out than Neil Armstrong ever did, anything could happen tonight, you know? This could be the best night of my life. I've got Uncharted 2 in my PS3 - I'm gonna wax the lot, man! The internets are on me! Yeah! So yeah, anyone up for some Uncharted tonight?

I'm going to GAME in a bit. And have £40 burning a hole in my pocket, so its either this for the PS3, or Forza 3 for the 360. Decisions decisions.

Yeah it would have been nice to go through crushing with the infinite grenade launcher. But then it would have been too easy imo.
