Got this today! Highly praised and rightly so. It is very fun, although headshots are pretty random to pull off. Played this in co-op with a couple of peeps who came round earlier, was quality. Even my Dad had a go lol. I can see it getting annoying if you have to repeat sections more than 3 times, but oh well. Fun atm, normal mode btw. Thats amazing, I just played the snake boss level 1 player and that is some serious fun. Love it!

Same, it's false advertising really, inviting the pre-order before striking with the real date. Once bitten twice shy.

New update is pretty poor, but now at least yoshi's egg throw is decent, before it broke too early , before it hit the ground. That was a pointless move.

Lol over-reaction. I thought that statement was fairly obvious that it wasnt intended, hence the suggestive questions. I think these boards get too overexited about opinion, its always about opinion isnt it? Chill. OK, If you like Prime 3 more then fine, but after looking at it on paper I think 1 fairs better. Although I guess there are more variables that I forgot. Thing is all of the MP:1 music is a lot more memorable for me, I can't remember anything from corruption. At the time when I was playing MP3 it was really fun, I thought it would surpass MP1 on controls alone, but there was never a stand-out moment. I wanted it to happen but no. Im going to play MP1 again soon, having done echoes on hard more recently. (6 months ago) and enjoy myself. Does anyone else crave scanning, because I think it is a fair point to say that the 1st game it was much more interesting and detailed. 'The worm' The games are quite different, MP:3 is much more focused on action and pace, whereas MP:1 is slower pace and more exploration is needed.

Nah I still think its a great game. There were 7/8 minigames but they were all really fun, even if they were simple.
-
wah. Did you ever play this Jord?

your opinion is wrong. Explain how MP3 is a better game: Are the puzzles better? No Are the weapons better? No Is shooting more fun? Yes Are the graphics better? Yes Is the music better? No (way) Is the atmosphere better? No Are the levels Better? No Are the bosses better? No Is presentation better? Yes Are sound effects better? No Does it leave you thinking, wow that looks awesome? No Thats how I see it. What about you? (please play prime 1 again and i hope you'll understand)

What?! taking the mick? Crash Bash is awesome
-
No the Crash games really stand the test of time. Thing is on crash bash practically every mini game is brilliant. Granted there aren't many but they rule.

Garlic bread also goes with anything.

cant remember but my sis was always better than me. Were the scores in the 30's 60's or 80's? Great minigame. So were the ones where you had to dodge the electric balls from mario 64. Tbh many were duds but a couple were genious. I want to play it again! God knows why but I played on that robot vs thing for a while even though it sucked!

Games that make you want to break your controller/swear.

I don't know if any of you have played smugglers run but boy did that piss me off, i wont explain but anybody who has played it will understand. I thought Monkey Ball one was great that it was challenging, made you feel better once you finally did a lvel. number 2 the same cant be said; the levels were gimmicky and sometimes luck based. -
I had 5, really liked it, then sold it, then regretted it. Really is a multiplayer only experience. Unless you love the sound of bowser juniors played 50 times within a minute Anybody played leaf leap?

1, 2 & 3 were quality. 1 had the 3d map which was quality, it also had the disppearing bridge levels (and pinstripe) plus the buffalo ride, i think. 2 & 3 had some great moments, particularly the bazooka and motorcycle stuff. Bosses were cool Single player CTR owned, the campaign was quality Crash Bash however is just pure fun. Love it to bits.

If you read my post earlier on this page you'll see me saying the level design isnt that great. Id say the difficulty is quite similar, but Metroid Prime probably tops it because of better bosses and more puzzles. Bosses I think were crap in corruption apart from the first Ridley boss which was unique. Scanning was way better in 1, much more interesting lore. (I have to say if anyone's played corruption in hyper mode and tried swinging on the grapple hooks in skytown whilst those razore things murk you. That made me angry, I mean, what is the point? They take 3 shots each with the fire beam and you can barely hit them moving at 100mph.) Hyper mode makes normal rooms with a couple of enemies in them easy, but there are certain sequences that are hard even with hyper mode, AKA bomb protecting. Weapons were disppointing, there aren't any beam missile combos (well there's kind of one) and the green beam doesnt have much use. and i never uderstood the point in ship missile expansions... Metroid 1 will always be the best 3D metroid, its just more enchanting, mysterious, creepier sound effects, best music since time and coolest weapons. I think Echoes is on par with Corruption even. Seriously, playing 1 after corruption you get goose bumps. It is so much better, no matter how good corruption is. The opening sequence is quality, the morph ball is put to better use, power ups arent handed to you on a plate, there's way more intriguing puzzles and levels. Bosses like Thardus (my avatar) are incredible. I can blabber on. Maps are no concren, its still fine, although there is one section that I found annoying in sky town where you collect the second bomb component, its difficult to decide where to go because some roots were blocked and the map bit of this section was hard to make out. Chozo music and atmosphere = immense.

Potato soup? If you're doing desert then Treacle Tart with custard/ice cream. My grandma's treacle tart is good enough for Jahova, unbelivably yummy. Honestly ive not had a pud quite as brilliant as that, so nice. Sweet, creamy spongy, crumbly pastry edge. oh! (He said Jahova!!!!)

Absolute Ps1 classic. I was askig a lot of people at school if they had played it and the response was very surprising, most people had, and they also loved the old Crash games. The game is so awesome, simple, yet hard to master. Complete fun. Tanks, pogo sticks, pinball, crate throwing, mini car racing, polar bear ramming... This game has it all. The best multiplayer experiences have been spent on this game, with co-op to boot. Anyone else love this classic? Crash Bash Wii please Naughty Dog! No? Ah right you could'nt be arsed to make another after PS1? Gits, they were great developers.
