I have a really sad story. A few years ago I tried my first muller corner and it was amazing, whenever I had the chance to eat them I took great delight at licking the lid and crunching the corner into the yoghurt. Over the past year my mum has bought them in packs of 6. Gradually I have come to dislike them because I've had them so many that the lushness has disappeared I want to enjoy them still but now I just find them sickly. But my favourites were the strawberry one and the banana + flake one. Couldnt get along with any of the new ones, one spoonful is good but after that it was puke time as a result of the stuff that they crammed into them.

How do you make specific objects, like that metal gear? That must take some time to make a 3D model, then colour it and add detail. Does anyone know what the story is about in one player? Is there one? Can you make as detailed levels as the designers and add your own backgrounds. It all seems a bit advanced. Where would you begin?

Yeah but why would they make the demo scary but not the full game? They don't want to reveal anything about the plot but they are hinting that you will have to fight and escape physcopaths. Really not my thing. (Bare in mind that I almost bricked myself at the end of Uncharted, even though I have completed Resi 4)

Yeah I meant FoM sorry. I think it may be a good FPS because you don't just die instantly like in Unreal, you get a chance to settle in and gun people which is cool.

Thing is, the people (you) can die which means you'd have to do that bit again right? Or does it move on so that you control someone elses destiny? And that video looks more like horror to me! :S

I read this too and it looks pretty cool, although I am not the horror genre fanatic. Seems strange the way the controls work, might have to keep an eye on it to see how it rates. Very impressive visually though. Didn't understand the bit about 'no gameovers'.

Did anyone here play this online much? I have seen a brief clip of online but can anyone confirm how good/bad it is? I imagine it being very good, local mult is very fun.

Haven't spent much time near a 360, yet when I went to my cousins I didn't really notice the noise. Then again he did have to get his fixed for £70. Should have told the red-ring to say hello. -

I played Bioshock at my cousins house, I thought it was quite good, has an element of horror, but I found it a bit too strange. I wanted some sort of interaction with other people but from what I played you just kill a load of freaks. The puzzles weren't great, but the graphics were good.

I watched most of MotD up until the Liverpool game in which I knew Torres scored a late winner. I didn't want to watch that. Where's Daz? My £5 bet on them not finishing in the top four is shaping up well already hehe.

Maybe it's not my style of game Capt. because I like longevity and variety (not saying this is totally lacking but you'll probably understand) that you find in action and racing genres. I used to love the old 2D sonic but I need something more now.

Gotta love hearing and talking about how good the PS3 is, makes me feel good about buying it. That little swivelling logo I just tried out and I don't know why but that was overly cool. I have played Uncharted quite a lot in a few days and I have read it's a short game but it's so fun. I honestly believe that the shooting in the game is the most satisfying of any in-game shooting. The shots have a heavy feel to them, I think maybe because of DS3 but it's just very good. The platforming even though it's easy is a joy and the trophies thing is cool. Anyone else think the PS3 looks awesome when upright? I think when it's on it's side it looks ... not poor but, average? Oh and can anyone recommend me a good but cheap HD T.V or one that makes the PS3 graphics stand out more? My box T.V still looks cool and everything but I want to experience the good stuff. It's about 20/21 ". Anything the same size or slightly bigger would be nice. I know nothing about these T.Vs but appearance-wise the Samsungs rate high for me. Back to Uncharted: If you have a PS3 and you don't own or haven't borrowed the game you must do at some point. Now isn't a bad idea seeing I got it for £14.

I ordered Uncharted a couple of days ago for £14 off Ebay. I didn't think the Eden demo was good. Neither did I like the Face-buttonmash-breaker demo. Monsters demo is god-awful. Need to download driver demo. And indeed, Jordan's balls have been kicked.

Looks cool and all, but I don't see how a fast on-rails game can offer deep gameplay and replayability.

I was going to make this thread a while a go but seeing as the Resistance 2 thread got little attention I didn't think there was much point. But yeah, this looks cool, the way you can make circuits between cars and other metal stuff is neat.
