I think vehicles are good every now and then in FPS campaigns because it mixes it up a bit and makes you feel more significant than a bit of flem being gobbed into a river.

I can really only see his decency as luck... he was that bad today. You'll see if you watch MotD, I don't understand... I've said all I need to say already really. Get Agbonlahor back from injury along with everyone else. The defense was cut through very easily, as seen on about the 5th minute where a West ham player ran straight through and put his shot wide against Friedel.

Were you at the game Villan? It was and it was a pretty average game, could've gone either way but probably fair in the end (maybe even slightly unfair to West Ham?). Second half was shite. I thought Heskey played quite well but over the game there was no stand-out player which was why I was inevitably surprised when it was given to Garath Barry, who was pretty mediocre. He, along with a few other players, commited the sin where a decision goes against them and they just stop and wait for the referee to recall their choice - even though it isn't going to happen. Sickening especially when they just don't track back when the opposition are breaking. Worst player, regretfully must be said, was John Carew. He was diabolical today. Other than a few flick ons, which weren't effective anyway, just looked like he didn't know how to play the game. Lack of confidence, poor touch, inability to take on players... If he isn't highlighted (or lowlighted) on MotD I'll be concerned with the pundits. I want to like the guy, he seems a fan favourite but I struggle to understand why. Not sure how he managed to forge 9 goals this season.

But to be honest the playtime of people for R2 here is laughable. Excluding me no-one here even ranked up to get the invisibility berserk which is really early on. Would have loved the game to have taken off on the boards but obviously that didn't happen.

So I couldn't sign up to it now? I've signed up to fileplanet just incase IGN release a few for Europe. I got my Resistance 2 beta code for it as well as a Home code.

How do you get that? Do you sign up or was that the thing where they send you codes for using the PSN a certain amount or something?

Trying to get a Fat Princess beta code but it's proving difficult. I've answered one on 1up.com so hopefully they have spare codes. Fingers crossed.

^ Yeah I was wondering what I'd be, but I think I'll opt for good...again. The game has now gone gold and will release on 25th May. Apparently some preoders they are giving away a code that allows you to use a special electricity melee weapon (kind of like electric knuckle dusters). Plus something else.

I was wondering if anyone else has got the error where they tried to send a message but it doesn't send, coming up with the reading: Message could not send (error 8002ABOB) Has happened to me a few times and is really annoying. Edit: solution here: http://community.eu.playstation.com/playstationeu/board/message?board.id=62&thread.id=1355796 just don't put a space when using '?' marks

Is it just me or do other people find that with these GT videos posted that they get sound but no visual?

I agree it is the best shooter in many ways but I still retain I've had as much joy with Resistance 2, because being particularly good at it is more rewarding. Having both though is a real plus for me, looking forward to their sequels in a couple of years time.

Cheers that worked Yeah that part freaked me out, especially when I tried killing the girl. Weird stuff. Now all you need to do (if you haven't done so) is go to the Dunwich building and a certain devils bridge

Can someone give me a bit of PC help please? I was watching a video earlier and I tried to quit it using alt>F4 when my fingers slipped and I pressed something which has made the menus at the top of Internet explorer disappear until I hover over it (ie. where the web adress should be, but has now gone) as well as the start icon not being visible. Any help. Something to do with hiding icons or something if I remember rightly.
