Evasion is a lame tactic when playing with sheik. Her sheer speed is her greatest asset and should be used to confuse the enemy. Also, some of her moves lack knockback but are great for comboing purposes and building damage. Oh and her speed is great for item abuse as you will be able to reach all parts of a stage easily but most importantly quickly. @nintendo-master: nah you dont need to show me anything. Samus is my main since SM64. Just I would like her played with the skill that she deserves. Same with Ganon actually. Only seen one vid where someone played well with him.

Tne dark chocobo reminds me of shadow the hedgehog =/ Anyways game looks good! Should not be surprised but I am! Really do want.
-
Yeah that was on my mind but i forgot. Makes me worried that the game has somehow gotten harder to play and I won't be as good as before. Guess we shall eventually see.

That sheik player kinda sucked. Just played an evasive game and barely used her moves which can combo and build damage quickly. The kirby player was good but the samus player made it easy for them. Actually, im getting pretty tired of seeing so many horrible samus players. From what I have read, she is better than she was in melee but so many people lose with her.

Yes just want we want, after the revolutionary controls of fight night, we want to go right back to button presses. Yes -__-

Yeah i dont see an action genre. Can hardly call games like No More Heroes and Devil May Cry 'adventure' games. Action all the way. Even Resi 4 falls into that. Anyways voted for MMORPG, adventure and FPS. Can't wait for Monster Hunter as I have a real itching for action mixed with an MMORPG

Tiny tiny bit related as I found this advertised on the site this link above went to. Anyways, ugliest controller ever?

That it?! Should reach that within two weeks I say.

WTF how can you say someone's opinion is wrong. Who made you judge on the which is better. All was asked was your opinion, allowing others to make up their own mind. Personally I love MP3. I loved MP1 too but the control scheme of 3 and the features that use it make a big difference. The chozo battles i do miss as those were fun and creepy, but could be annoying at the same time. Admitedly the fights aren't as epic as they were in MP1, as they were more fresh then. The gun system in MP1, while being cool with the different options available, (one acted like a weak machinegun, another reminded me of the shotgun, while another, i guess could be seen as some sort of all powerful rail gun imo) was annoying as I found that it was difficult having to switch mid battle which was required for the bastard creatures that were the metroids and some bosses. The moprh ball puzzles seem to be less numerous in MP3 than in MP1 but I think that's due to the different ways of interaction in this game. Anyways don't have time to talk anymore but I enjoyed MP3 a whole lot more than i did MP1 which I still have.

Im conservist so I try to get out of that cage with the cheapest possible solution. Now though i just chuck a grenade, it kills the zealots, injures wolverine guy and gets the lock off. Shame I keep running into the little one-way corridor. Anyways Ashley in an armour suit ftw! She is impervious to harm! In fact, she is a new strategy device. Place her properly and the zealots will just let you take pot shots as they fail to pick her up because she is too heavy. Even the parasites that burst out can't hurt her. Also when you play as her, go into the menu to see her do different poses which are blatantly inspired by her choice of clothing. Super Ashley I call her now.

New Dojo Update is quite epic. Yet again I will repeat myself: Can't wait.

I see what you are saying but don't agree. Where the game genre could demand it, I would want hyper realistic graphics even if they didn't match the capabilities of the other formats as the PS2 version of fight night still looked fantastic and the wii is capable of more than that. Anyways as I said, games like Pro evo demand as realistic graphics as possible, as I want to be able to recognise the stars of football that make up my selected team. I don't want to play with some no name cartoon characters. Same thing applies to boxing. I would love to recreate fights like Hatton and Mayweather, Ali and Frazier. Maybe I should mention that I didn't really like ready to rumble boxing.

Ok making mental note. Thanks, although I'll probably forget again anyways.
-
What does IIRC mean. I used to know but I have forgotten again.

Epic! Who was fastest in melee? I think it was Falcon but could have been falco. Shud have tested it in these conditions. QFT.

Also, nintendo do release alot more first party games than probably microsoft and sony combined. But they need to with the lackluster offerings from third parties. Anyways chill and enjoy the graphics of the game with some kirby hats. Really can't get over how good it looks. http://www.gametrailers.com/player/30408.html

Haha intelligent play on words

Custom Robo was also successful yet only the DS version has been released over here. Very annoying.....But yeah, there is no way brawl would be delayed over here. I remember reading the smash bros jap review and being worried that it would not make it over here.

What should be the next Resident Evil game to Wii?A Port or a new IP?
Deathjam replied to a topic in Nintendo Gaming
Nah the films werent all that bad. If you have an open mind then you will be entertained and they have set their own little niche. Thing is why re-tell the story when the games did it so well anyways. -
EDIT: Bit more complicated. Spike's are supposed to send you downwards and are nigh impossbile to recover from if you are above 40%. Meteor smashes is "a spike that can be recovered from through a meteor cancel" in that the person presses jump but at higher %, the window of recovery is smaller. Handy source for all technical aspects of Smash Bros

It's a cartoony game. Read about it on the CVG website. If they wanted to make a game that didn't appeal to all types due to gross realism they would have ported over fight night.
-
Fuck sake why could we not just get fight night with wii controls -__- Bit tired of the "Games suitable for the whole family" vibe im getting.
-
ROFLMAO ah and yet when the stuff does eventually get released we lap it up and keep quiet to the next heavily delayed game. hmmm when i think of delayed games, the awesome Jet Force Gemini comes to mind.. EDIT: After a quick check on wikipedia, the game was supposed to be released in august but was pushed back to november for polishing. Also even though it was developed by England based Rare, America got it first -__- EDIT2: Can't believe i forgot about the first smash bros on the 64 which was released almost a year after the japanese got it. The pain is still raw nintendo. Anyways this pic brings back so many memories. So making this stage when I get the game:

Morrigan and Captain Commando. Love the way he moves...

Even then Nintendo are likely to cut us down at the end of this road (been watching samurai champloo again -__-)
