You know for the 30 hour achievement you only need to complete the story missions right? Percentage probably isn't a clear indicator of how far you have to go.

Gahhh just completed the game - 31 hours. So irritating, one hour off an achievement that I wasn't trying to get and I know i'll never bother with it again.

Ahh I know he's funny with his extreme views on things but he's not exactly someone you want in any kind of power position really. Ah well that sucks... I'd keep checking your balance throughout the day though. Noone got paid at work here once when we were meant to, only for it all to, weirdly, come zooming into our accounts half way through the day.

Can you go over your limit? That's what I did because I know I'll be getting paid tomorrow. I'm also with HSBC who don't seem to mind and don't charge if you go over by a bit as long as it comes back in fairly quickly.

Impressions after the first couple of hours: I wish I could turn the fucking haze off. The shadows look SHIT. Much more believable and likable characters. Lots of funny dialogue. Still feels like I'm in the tutorial. Gameplay wise still feels like every-other-gta. The handling on the cars is going to take a bit of getting used to. Enjoyed hearing Ricky Gervais on the radio even though he wasn't very funny on it. That first girl you meet doesn't like cabaret or at least looked very bored during it. Wondering if that crackhead that gave me $100 is the new 'hidden package' collectible. Little bit bored. There's nothing to hook me to the story just yet. Liking the cell phone mechanic but wondering why the majority of the press came all over themselves about it. I wanna play crazy golf and go on the funfair (sorry, CARNIVAL)! WHERE ARE THE HOOKERS? <_< Did I mention the shitty shadows and haze?

Yeah I remember that too because it used to annoy me in vice city but there doesn't appear to be that option here. The shadows especially look SO shit and it's really distracting.

Do you get used to the weird blurring effect on pretty much everything on the game? It's driving me crazy.

Umm my exam is at nine, they open at eight meaning I will go after, obviously. But as far as they've told me, it's first come first served where pre-orders are concerned so if they don't get a lot of stock in and I turn up at like 1pm, I might not get a copy tomorrow. Why wouldn't I get it at midnight? I wouldn't play it til tomorrow but I'd be happy in the knowledge that it'd be waiting for me when I got back home. How is that retarded?

Anyone else pre-order from zavvi? They told me they were doing a midnight launch but I got an email yesterday saying they were only doing an early open launch. What bollocks! I have an exam tomorrow morning so can't really go and get this then.

RE: Oh, don't even go there! You simply don't 'get' the game yet. MM is definitely the least accessible Zelda, I agree there. It took me a few tries before I 'got' it but when you do... well, you'll realise calling it bland is practically a crime. It's probably the most alive and realised world seen in a Zelda game. Go back and give it another go, pleaaase!
