Episode 8 = awesome. That's all you guys need to know. Any episode of a show can make me sit up and go "No way!" in a surprised voice certainly gets a thumbs up in my book. Don't wait until Sunday or whenever Sky are showing it. Download and watch it now.

TERRIFIED. We have to change all the promotional ends in Somerfield every other Tuesday and it just happens the two other guys that work with me to make up the Two Amigo's and Guy were off sick yesterday so I face a potentially high number of delivery cages on my own if their illnesses have broken past the one day barrier. I am so fucked! -
Inspired by Arab Freak's thread (never thought I'd ever say that!) with the NES maniac's impressive collection, what sorta stuff do you guys collect? Time to reveal another of your dark, possibly dorky, secrets to the N-Europe massive. I collect toys like a little saddo. Haven't bought any new ones for ages though as I'm really poor at the moment, but I guess I'll throw up some pics later or something - room is a mess though. I really ought to focus on one particular series or company, but my toy desires are far too scattered for that.

Games are meant to be played, not collected. But still, if it can be collected there's always gonna be someone collecting it. It's fun to collect 'em all. I guess the same could be said for toys, but I do play with them so I guess that makes me sad whilst somehow justifying my mania. Hooray!

I just watched episode 8, and have 10 minutes or so to go on episode 9. Jesus Christ, that last 10 minutes was a bit mental wasn't it. --- [edit] And that's the double bill finished. Some nice plot advancing, but nothing too amazing happened in episode 9. After some of the double episodes we saw last year these two episodes were a bit bleh. Character drama was abundant however, so it wasn't as bad as I'm making it out to be. And the clock keeps on ticking. -

This is gonna present some contrasting opinions, but I'm gonna just say classic Simpsons and end it. Also sitting alongside early Simpsons as my favourite comedies are the trashy, but hilarious Bottom and of course Only Fools and Horses. Harry Enfield and Chums can have a mention too. Also gotta give props to the Naked Gun movies, which never fail to raise a chuckle. We're fortunate to live in a time with so much hilarity on offer.

Bruce Almighty was alright and has a good comedy:seriousness ratio but there are certainly better Jim Carrey movies out there. This cash in sequel will probably be acceptably funny too, but I'm not holding my breath.

If you want a real spoiLer I could always throw a few things your way. See what I did? It means nothing, but... well, maybe nothing. Who knows? Spoiler wary people can save themselves a shock by simply reading the manga. I mean, it's like Lord of the Rings spoiler freaks really, seeing as the books had been out for years before the films. In a way spoilers make me anticipate something more with than without, it's weird eh?

I've said I was happy before before but I have realised I do not ever play the Wii and this had led to much unhappiness with it. Needs more good games. --- ZeldaFreak is back? That's most unexcellent.

It was always my belief that nobody ever actually played the Pokémon Trading Card Game properly. I personally played sometimes, but mostly collected the cards to trade and admire the art. The reason I stopped collecting was because the Ken Sugimori art really took a hit for loads of artsy childish shit. Never really cared for it after that.
