2nd amendment in it's most literal sense: the right to form a militia, thus the right to bear arms. The reasoning is thus, the people of america hated the government, they thought it was tyranical, so in future planning they gave themselves the 2nd amendment after the war to prevent bad governments from happening.

Honestly no, because, i don't think i'd get on with half the people i know if i didn't play a game with them, not only that, but i can control my game urges, i mean, 30 mins of GH3 or NMH and i'm happy for a week So no -
