well I had windows updater on and pages was not loading, I then turned it off and now all pages are loading.

do u have windows updates on? if so turn it off and update windows when u want to. i am on sky bb as well and they told me that windows update is the problem and since turning it off everything loads fine for me.

We are trying to set it up so that it will display on his pc monitor and have the TV as a dual display so he can play his dvds on the TV rather than having a dvd player. The ATI graphics center shows that the graphics card is connected to the LCD TV but it does not display a picture on the TV.

Right My brother bought a dvi to hdmi lead to connect his pc to his LCD tv, we pluged everything in and nothing displays on the tv. I then tried the lead on my mini mac and it displayed on the TV fine. anyone have any idea on why it wont display from the PC?

Got turned down for a job I went for last week but got free lance work out of it so not all bad.

I have started playing Xbox online in the last few days. Mostly playing on PGR 4 but one some of the races they are talking about doing bumper cars and telling people who dont have the pack to download it. how do i know if I have this pack, I checked online and I have downloaded the free pack but haven't bought the 400 points pack.

I have just joined sky and so far its been good, wireless is fine. I am paying for their 8mb service was told I would only get 4.5mb checked my speeds on the router today and it showed download speeds of over 6mb.

My day been boring, got up at 9 woken up by gas fitters. and been sat in my front room waiting for sky to come install. Its not all bad as I now have a mini mac hooked up to my LG HDTV in my front room.

well my day started out well with my new sofa turning up, but after setting it up and re arranging the room I notcied the sofa was missing a cushion! phoned up who I bought it from and they are sending me a new cushion so not all bad! Now I think its time for some sleep. I will post a pic later If I remember.

I got Blue harvest special edition from asda online for £18, tried the 3D scene they done but I dont think it worked that well as it didnt look 3D to me! and before anyway says it yes I did have on the 3d specs on while watching.

I have a OEM copy but not sure what was used on my girlfriends laptop. I will give it ago anyway.

My girlfriends delllaptop has just died and wont boot anymore tried repairing the files but it dont fix it, the laptop didnt come with a restore disc. I was wondering if I use my XP dsic and put in the COA code from the laptop when it asks for it during installing XP will it work ok?
