  1. Red steels seams to have some problems. But I'm sure Nintedo wil help them fix it.
  2. Fubar as in.. fucked up beyond all repair/recognition
  3. According to a report by Blomberg, big name publishers such as Sega and THQ are on 'the edge' as Sony have yet to clarify the final technical specifications of the PS3 console. According to Sega of America president Simon Jeffrey, alot of developers have not yet received their kits and there certainly wont be a huge amount of titles for the PS3's launch in November. THQ CEO Brian Farrell said that his company decided to forego development of The Sopranos videogame for PS3 because of the lack of final hardware specifications. He said development for the PS3 at this point is "too risky".
  4. That is true Nintendorevo. The game prices will probably be around 70+ Euro. And If the prices are around normal, the developers will lose more money than usual.
  5. John Carmack (the tech god) says PS3 is hard to program for. 360 is much easier to program for and therfor cheaper. A lot of developers will go to 360 for cheaper and easier development. IMO thers a big chanse of PS3 losing this battle. 360 and Wii has the upper hand this time. John Carmack interview. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW3Fh_ockT0&search=John%20Carmack
  6. Probably just a fanboy/sales trick/rip off.
  7. Our wages are quite high So It's not that bad. This month I have about 10000kr more to spend tha usual (A 360premium costs 3390kr here, and a DS costs 1190kr)
  8. 360 is now officiall hacked: http://www.xbox-scene.com/
  9. In Norway we pay 25% TAX. Now that something to think about.
  10. That is what it does. Probably the easyest way to make them.
  11. I really love it. And I live in Norway. Wii means [nothing else than] we here ^^
  12. A friend of mine made a free program called Ubar. I know a lot of you are going to like it. check it out http://ubar.kimpix.net/ Screens? http://www.kimpix.net/ubar/?id=3 and press refresh
  13. jepp. I'll buy this for my 360 anywayz. Need those gamerpoints :P and Xbox live will not be rivaled by ps3
  14. E3 this year was great. I'm glad I could enjoy it as a mod. Thanks to everyone that contributed. And thanks to all the great users we have
  15. Lets hope MS and Sonys plan backfires.MS lets Rare make something for Wii. And even sony makes somthing for Wii in hope to steal MS customers. In the end every one buys a Wii.
  16. From his gamespy interview GameSpy: I've got to ask, how do you think Sony will do with that $600 price point? WW: Six hundred bucks; that is a lot of money. I'm rooting for Nintendo. What I don't like is that the way the Wii controller works depends a lot on how close you are to your TV. If you are five feet away it feels one way. If you are 10 feet away, it feels completely different. GameSpy: What games are you playing these days? WW: I am playing with my DS a lot. I am playing Brain Age and Sudoku. GameSpy: How old is your brain? WW: It's down to like 29. I did not like the original DS very much, but this new one [DS Lite] feels like an Apple product. It's heavier, smaller, and has a really nice screen. It's a lot brighter. -- Root for means (Slang) encourage, applaud a contestant, cheer -- Lets hope that spore comes to Wii in one way or another.
  17. I love Monolith. This game is going to be rad.
  18. That was just a tech demo. Called shoting game. The real version has to have the dog.
  19. Lost planet looks nice. But Doesn't really feel next gen imo. The lack of backround music also put's me off. But I think it will have a fantastic story and I may buy it because of it.
  20. There are no seeds. To bad. I hope Discovery brings those eps to europe/america
  21. Uses normal batteries and has a low life span :/
  22. First I would like to say that I don't really care that much about the graphics. But I think the sales will be better if the graphics are better. Imo a lot of the games only looked a tad bit better than normal Xbox games, thats ok for me but won't make people think nextgen before they try it. Playing = Beliving. -- Comparing Wii games to a gamecube game is not accurate or logicial at all. First I have a quote here from Gamespy that I want to throw out there "We were warned from the start that the version that we were playing was essentially a skeletal framework of the final product. It was running on GameCube development kits, because Nintendo had only sent out Wii dev kits a few weeks prior to the event, and frankly, no one can realistically throw down a playable demo on brand new dev kits in three weeks and not have it crash more times than a demolition derby. So, having gotten that out of the way, the presentation was less about trying to wow us visually.... It was all about demonstrating exactly what the experience of playing a shooter on the new system could be." "The final version on Wii will have much more polished graphics". -- Taken from Gamespot forums. Post by Slice267. His original Post will Explain why the retail version of Red steel will be a lot better than the E3 Demo.
