Rumor: PS3 To Have Different Systems Too? An EBgames employee has leaked that EB and GameStop are going to take pre-orders of the PS3 soon. But to everyone's surprise, there will like be 2 packaging for you to select: $ 599 USD or $ 299 USD (O_O). He also said the $ 299 version might not have the Blu-ray Video playback function, but the $ 599 version will. But still, both versions are capable of playing Blu-ray games. I have a cheep JVC brand. And the effect is awsome. It sounds like the matches are beeing shook farer away than sounds normaly are when using headphones. And the sound goes infront of me, Behind, Above and to the sides.
