Still stuck in this boring office. I feel like a pup that is dying to be let out. My work output is probably at 0.1% at the moment. Ah well still getting paid.

You will need a Php capable web server to render your php based website pages. If you try to view it on your local machine without any form of php server in use, you won't see a thing. I know that there is one you can drop on a memory stick, on the portableapps website. Its called Xampp or something.

I find that using something like Notepad++ is good for any and everything. infact I keep forgetting to install it on the machine at my work place. The only downside to being in a web design position of any kind is if the company you work for uses some form of wysiwyg cms system. Something like that is very limiting to an experienced web designer. I would post a link to the first website I ever made but its a little bit too 2001. I would say look into the field of web layouts. Using tables to create page layouts as been something done for years, but the industry is slowly moving in the way of divisions for that kind of thing. But I would say Learn php while your there as well. Its not hard to pick up, its just that php will help you to write more, conservative and well designed code. Additionally there are other routes that you can take as your starting out. I was getting that feeling, as I could tell in one chapter it was distinctly Scottish, but I was in some town and some woman said, something like I wish I never came to this town, because then my daughter wouldn't be extinct. Just little things like that which are starting to bug me, but I still find charming, as it bring back memories of early games with poor translations.

In regards to DQ4, is the amount of Engrish in it an intentional feature of the game? I.e Staying true to its roots?

All I know is the wii controls for this game = fail. Just don't really add to the game play in my opinion. My cousin was kicking me in by just flailing his arms around. And it wasn't until I started doing the same that I started doing anything good. So much for the good old down, back, quarter circle, right, left, hard punch combo's of old.

I had to remove Norton from my new hp laptop, as it was protecting all my crap ware from being deleted, and just generally giving me and my system grief. I though I would tough it out until my free trial period ended, but nope, I couldn't take it anymore.

Apparently you can get a mac version of it. But I'd say go with something like zatoo is better than messing around with all these different technologies and applications being flogged by tv companies. But yeah Microsoft sliverlight sucks either way.

I have to admit I've been having my FF playing up too, but also my internet on a whole. The latest update to firefox I've noticed is the adblock plus plugin, but that shouldn't interfere with anything. But flushing all private data and junk minus browsing history seemed to clear things up.

I've been using a zonealarm and avg combination for years, go hand in hand quite well in my opinion. STAY AWAY FROM NORTON. Will make your system cry, will make you cry, and in general its just all tears.

There may also be an option to create a recovery disc yourself using said partition data. Check your manual.

Rather boring day at work. I got paid to sit around and twiddle my thumbs for the first three hours as we had no power going to the servers or half the office. I was hoping they wouldn't fix it so I could go home, but alas no joy there. But I didn't only have to do about a hour worth of work before it was lunch time.

Another thing is if your playing in a well lit room you might have issues with the game because of the IR pointer. Just switch of some/all the lights and you'll be fine.

Hmm Eddage its kinda weird that nothing has been sent yet, try throwing in one film to see if that gets the ball rolling.
