Yeah, blank means you don't have the fossil. Y, is for fossils you have donated but don't have spare, and then the yellow is the number of spares you have of each fossil. So what you're looking for is someone else with a yellow square for one of your blank squares. I'll be about pretty much all day tomorrow, especially in the morning for the turnips!

Hope you don't mind but I added a new sheet with a table that shows everything together. With this you can easily see if other people have spares you need. I can already see that you have 5 spares I need and I have 4 that you need!

I didn't find it too bad all. Just been fishing whilst The Simpsons is on Disney+ I had about 100 fish bait already crafted so that helped - the runs I did with bait I was getting 9/10/11 fish (so 11/12/13 points) in the three minutes. Then once the bait had run out it went down to 5 or 6 fish each time. I didn't come across a single egg doing this, I just assumed that they turned them off for the tourney but maybe not, based on what you guys are saying?!

I've got loads of spares, think I might create Google Sheet that we can all share and keep up to date - would probably be easier than constantly updating a forum post!

All these high prices and here I was selling my second batch on my own island for 284! Thankfully I sold my first batch on Turnip Exchange for around 550 😜

I’ve been really enjoying it. Both the game part and the exercise part! The game/story aspect won’t win any narrative awards but combined with the exercise (and it really does get the heart pumping and sweat dripping) I think it’s great fun.

Didn't get the large spike, but still a good price of 248 for my turnips this morning.

Oh of course, my gates will be open if I get a good price!

I'm at 136 this morning, but according the trends spreadsheet (if it is actually accurate) I should get a spike tomorrow between 208 and 624!

I originally had an appointment to have my braces removed this Thursday - the orthodontist has closed from today. Luckily someone cancelled their appointment last week which meant I had the braces removed a week early - seriously dodged a bullet with that one! I had a fever over the weekend which means I'm self isolating until at least the end of this week. Luckily I can work from home but as I'm in a non-critical role I cannot log in via the VPN between 8am and 6pm as the system isn't good enough to handle everyone working from home! This should be fixed for next week though but at the moment it's a weird situation of starting work at like 4am, downloading a few things I can do offline for an hour or two, and then logging back in at 6pm for a quick email check. My bedtime at the moment is 7pm! It's going to be an interesting few months (honestly don't expect the situation to change that much before July)!

For me VAR isn't the issue, the offside rule is. VAR is working fine (although it can admittedly be a bit slow at times), however with the offside rule being as it is these extremely marginal decisions, that seem harsh but are technically correct, are being made. It seems bad at the moment as there have been a large number of them over the Christmas period but I would much rather have VAR and these decisions being made if it means that an obvious offside error is also corrected every once in a while.

Yeah, but it’s based on England so the trains will be massively overpriced and constantly delayed. The only updates that will be done to the game is every year the train prices go up but the reliability goes down.

Briefly looking at an article on the BBC website it would appear that because they admitted to the offences they just got a fine. So clubs can break all the rules they like just as long as they admit it and pretend to be sorry... complete joke!
