Would’ve assumed this would have already been posted here. It was nice, but it’s a pure pop song, and I’ve heard it far too many times already, and don’t need to hear it ever again. I do would like to hear Moroder song. Anyway, I have a feeling I will be more interested in the remixes. There already was an unofficial remix of Get lucky which was already better in my opinion. I’ll go search for the official ones now, if they’re out already. Edit: Official remixes are still not out apparently. I went through Youtube for some unofficial ones I like:

I just bought a N9 a few months ago. Since I like the OS, I was interested in the new phone, but as I’m also a sucker for design (hence why I still bought a N9 after all this time), my interest is quite a bit lowered now the promo pics have shown up. The phone is not ugly.. But it isn’t fantastic looking either. Anyway, I have no need for a new phone for quite a while, but I’m certainly going to keep up with Jolla news. Edit: That said.. It ships end of this year. And I’m also a suckert for exclusive gadgets with a huge nerd factor. Just like the N9, there’s absolutely nobody else in my environment who will have one. End of the year should be enough time to reconsider and pony up the 400 euros if I do change my mind.

I really liked The Hobbit, even more so after a 2nd viewing. I actually went to London for this film! Yeah, not as epic as LotR, but still very entertaining.

Yeah, wanted to post it earlier, but couldn’t find the thread (and could not be arsed to search). The previous campaign didn’t seem like a huge success, which was perhaps the reason they decided to switch to something more comfortable, but the Kickstarter seems to be doing even worse. I’m still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, and if budget allows, then I may still pledge, but I’m going to be honest, I don’t have high hopes for this one.

Gravity looks awesome. The last 2 films I’ve seen were Night train to Lisbon Nice film, combining romance, drama, history and mystery in one package. You can see the ending coming from miles away, but I loved the story told about some people in the Portuguese revolution. Lovely international cast, although that also comes with some not so great accents unfortunately. The grandmaster The story of Ip man, the man who taught Bruce Lee. Directed by Wong Kar Wei. Just plain awesome. Tony Leung in raincoat with hat fighting a small army wire-fu style. All the fights are incredible. I only don’t like the frequent use of bad slo-mo (i.e. low fps slo-mo), and I’d also love to know more about the lives of Ip man and other characters, but I guess I could watch the Chinese Ip man trilogy as well. I’ll quickly mention my favourites from the International Film festival Rotterdam a few months back: No Chilean film about the campaign against Pinochet, with Gael García Bernal. Ginger and Rosa The relationship between two girls in 60’s London, with Elle Fanning (and Christina Hendricks!). Halley Mexican psychological drama.. about a zombie. It really is a drama, but it has all the gore from a horror. Modest reception Iranian comedy / drama about a couple who hands out (big bags of) money to people. Wasteland British film about a group of friends who plan to rob a club. De ontmaagding van Eva van End Dry Dutch comedy about an unpopular girl losing her virginity and her other family members with their own problems. Plenty other films I enjoyed as well, but these were my favourites.

That was a great finale, finally an ending that doesn’t seem like a cop-out, but a logical conclusion (sort of) to what they’ve been building up to since Clara’s introduction. Though I would have loved to see a future doctor, they could’ve added one in with no trouble.

Comment: Also, by the way, I didn’t think to specify, as I didn’t immediately think of this possible scenario. But in the unlikely event (which seems even more unlikely now) the game ends with everyone dead, I will declare the terrorists the winners.

In hindsight, it is rather ugly, but it is such a classic. Eventhough I have enough handhelds to play every handheld game I want (well, except 3DS ), I’d still like to get me an original someday..
