I suspect most of the people who are in the spreadsheet, would want to be listed here, but I didn't want to assume, so I'm starting with a clean slate. If you want to be added, post: If you want to update existing info, start your post with /update. Since the spreadsheet actually offers a better overview, as I can't use tables, or even tabs here, it's probably worthwile to keep your info up-to-date there as well. I'd like to keep off-topic posts here to a minimum though.

I got a survey for (mostly) Splatoon 2! There were some questions about the app.. Didn't hold back.

I'm opening a room for Salmon run at 22:00 UK, if anyone wants to join, otherwise I'll join some randoms.

I haven't been locked out yet so far, but I got a few disconnects which were "suspicious". I would appreciate it if they at least check whether the game has just started, or whether I'm winning. Once I disconnected literally right at the end of the game, where my team had won. Got a fucking crack in my rank for that.

If I don't have any other plans tomorrow, I'll be up for some Salmon run revenge. The weapon selection is much better this time around. Maybe we should also meet up for those league battles some time?

The Korg apps are great fun, but obviously don't teach you the music basics. As for good DAWs, take a look at the software section of Steam during sales.. I got the basic Sonar version for 50 euros, but they have since then changed the tiers, and I have no idea what current version would correspond to what I have. I have the feeling things have gotten more expensive in general.

Just read about this. I hear it's pretty forgiving, nonetheless I think it's a daring move I appreciate. I may get this game, but not sure if my aging computer will run it well at this point. Should really save up 5000 Euros for a new one ;).

No (voice) chat has its advantages!

I don't get it either. I suspect the Switch may actually lack the memory to run something like voicechat (or say, a webbrowser) on the background. But apart from integrated voicechat, there are other simple things they could have implemented that could have alleviated much of this. I rarely use voicechat, but I always had other options on PC.. - Text chat.. Apparently, the Switch already supports USB keyboards. - More text commands on the d-pad. Instead, or in addition to "this way", I'd like to be able to distinguish between golden eggs and important threats for example. - Even more text commands in the lobby, just like Mario Kart. - In a lobby, have the option to invite friends. And / or give out a notification when somebody has opened up a room, similar to the notifications when a friend starts a game. They're easy, if you know what to do.. Just like with the goldie rush, I like to camp (with the whole team) near the basket, on that particular map that little hill right next to it. Especially when you're targeted. If you have a laser pointed at you, the griller is coming for you, so just camp at a spot where you can easily get away. It will ignore the others, so they can move more freely to get a better shot at it. But generally it's actually pretty easy to hit it right from that hill (depending on your weapon). Oh unless it's coming from the other side, so keep an eye out. But just drop down from that hill, wait a second, than climb up back on it, to kite it and give others a chance to kill it. It also has the benefit (just like the goldie rush) that golden eggs will be dropped right next to the basket, so no need to run all over the place.

I don't get why you'd complain over this. It's anecessary evil.. Yeah, it's a bit disappointing to fight teammates, but the alternative is to wait forever until an opposing team becomes available. In the end it's just regular turfwar with some added flavour. Edit: I'm opening a Salmon run room at 21:00 UK.

Yup, I had fun last night.. Got up too late today to do anything worthwile.. Was just 12 point shy of being a mayo.. queen (that would be my pornstar name if I ever get a sex change and start doing porn). It's fun being on the winning team though :P. I liked the new stage for variation, though it's not going to be a favourite. I hope everybody scrubbed their splatfest shirts.. I don't get why you can't keep 'm either. Salmon run returns tomorrow. Anyone up for some games after.. 20:00 UK? 20:15 or something.
