    Lucky Star is the greatest anime, nay, greatest piece of entertainment ever made. It's immense complexity and the fact that it is utterly unyielding in it's attempts to portray the human psyche under every possible light may put some people off. But the lucky few will be able to understand it's true depth.

    It's dull. Pure and simple. I have no problem with the difficulty, I enjoy difficult games, but I felt so detached from the action on screen. I don't think you really had enough control of your car/thing. I loved the SNES one and F-Zero X though. Maybe it's just my subconscious hatred of SEGA.

    Puzzle Fighter II. Best fucking game ever? I'm starting to think so. Worth the 800 points. Get it. Now. Why's it not on your gamertag Bard? Eh?

    Barry Lyndon In a word: alright. It's undoubtedly a very good film, but the subject matter was of very little interest to me. It's about an Irish man called Barry in the 18th century, and his attemp to get into the aristocracy. He gropes women, has duels and fights in a war. It's over three hours long and I'd be lying if I said I just felt like turning it off more than once, but it was a fairly rewarding experience. 6/10 One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest Just awesome. A brilliant tale about a criminal faking a mental illness and being sent to a mental hospital, he finds the way the nurses treat the inmates appauling and tries to escape/start a rebellion/many other things. This film sure as hell established Jack Nicholson as one of my favorite actors. As with some of my other favorites like Kane and 12 Angry Men, OFOTCN is brilliant because of it's characters. All the quirks they have, from stutters to outright megalomania, they're all well defined and interesting. Especially the Chief. Man he's awesome. 9/10 12 Angry Men Except for about 3 minutes, the entire film takes place on one set. A bit like Dinner with Andre, but good. It's about 12 jurors, 11 of which are convinced that an 18 year old stabbed his father to death, and only 1 (Henry Fonda) is sure of his innocence. This film was brilliant. It has everything I think makes a great movie in it. It's moved forward by it's dialogue and plot, it's characters have enormous impact on the viewer. Each one is defined through their small talk, their doodles, the arguments they put forward. It's pure plot and suspense and I love it. 9/10

    Let's see: Zelda: The entire fucking series except Majora's Mask. Which cannot be critically acclaimed enough. Almost every Mario spin-off: Except select Kart installments. Tales of Symphonia: It's okay. But it's so, so inferior to Skies of Arcadia it's just not funny. It would have been (and was) forgotten about on the PS2. It's just so uninspiring for the most part. I don't hate it though. Animal Crossing: What a waste of my time. I spent a month picking weeds until I decided to do something more worthwhile like sticking my eyes in vinegar instead. All Pokemon after Gold: Dull rehashes. Splinter Cell: Dull, trial and error gameplay. Inferior to MGS in every way. GRAW: See above. F-Zero GX: Hate is too strong a word, but it wasn't very uh, fun. Metroid Prime is brilliant, you all make me sick.

    360 at the moment, as everyone above me has said. This time next year, the PS3 should have really taken off, with any luck. But right now, the 360 has better games and more of them (Buy Forza 2).

    Yes, I really enjoyed it. Most people seem to as well. Reminded me of Skies of Arcadia, although Castle came first by about 13 years. Watch it!

    Hopefully it'll bomb, and everyone even remotely thinking about porting an old game, slapping on new controls and trying to pass it off as anything other than it is will be hit by a meteorite.

    It's okay. I think the sequel is much better (Though many disagree). The series and Solid State Society are brilliant and much better than most films imo.
