  1. The ‘Ganon Pack’ will be available in the U.S. on March 12th for $2.99. So I'd it's fairly safe to assume that, no, we won't be getting it in Europe next week. If anything, with all the various languages it could arrive even later here. http://zelda.com/hyrule-warriors/dlc/
  2. That hat is a cheap piece of $h1t tat. Save your points for something better which would be anything.
  3. I expect Splatoon to be riddled with DLC. (Dirty Locked Content)

  5. amiibo sales broken down per region. US & Canada = 63% Europe = 23% Japan = 11% Australia = 3% Which reaffirms my previously stated view that Japan aren't as interested in amiibo. Nintendo are to bundle NES/SNES/Wii U games with amiibo. They will only be demos and will only be available to play for a certain limited period of time. Link is the most popular amiibo worldwide everywhere except Australia. Mario is the number 1 there. amiibo with the highest sell-through rate: US = Marth JPN = Captain Falcon EUR = Little Mac Australia = Ike There's a pile of info coming through regarding amiibo. Iwata has said he didn't expect the scalper situation. This is all coming from the rescheduled investor meeting. The top 10 best selling amiibo per region. http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/en/library/events/150217/index.html
  6. Very good points. I don't think anybody's mentioned your first point. I said earlier they did nothing with these Wii games. Just a dump of code into the Wii mode. So there's no Miiverse integration nor the advantage of restore points that are in the VC games.
  7. Change £ to € and I'll go along with that. Isn't it fortunate that Nintendo can adopt such a high and mighty opinion of itself this generation? If they weren't the number 1 selling console and had such great PR I'd think differently. Cue, slap into reality. No, cue a tombstone into reality.
  8. Ya, Preston are in the play-off spots in League One. The other yolks I wouldn't worry about.
  9. It could be argued that the retail version is cheaper and better in so many ways. I could potentially buy a physical copy and sell it when I'm done playing it(thereby being no richer/poorer after the experience). I always have that option. Going digital, you don't have that choice. No lending, no changing your mind, it's tied to the console. Physical copies have the possibility of increasing in value in time, I doubt the same can be said of digital games.
  10. Way to lie. I never said any such thing. I don't mind paying €10 for certain Wii games. There's very little work involved if any in bringing these to the eShop. It's just code dumped in the Wii mode. There's more work involved in a NES title. Speaking of which, Nintendo's whole pricing structure is f###ed up. It's €5 for junk NES titles like Soccer and Street Fighter 2010. They're all €5 regardless of how $h1t€ they are. NES games are not worth €5 either. If Punch Out Wii comes out at €20 it'll be the cherry on this farcical cake. Tesco were selling it only a few short months ago for €5.
  11. No it's not a bargain, my opinion just. It's a digital copy. The price needs to be right to get people to buy into it. Otherwise I'd rather spend the extra for the physical copy.
  12. How is it absurd? And yes I expect it.
  13. That's putting it politely. I look forward to seeing the Wii U eShop sales chart next week. All the other Wii games debuted at number 1. This I hope does not and should not because of the price.

  15. If they want any of my money the games should be €9.99. It would be a great way to incentivise early buyers and ensure sales. Also, the first 3 games were that price so carry on I say. Disappointed about the price of Kirbys Adventure. No money from me for you Nintendo this week and I'm sure I'm not alone in that thinking?
  16. Fingers crossed for a good update to the Wii U eShop this week. Last weeks was a complete air ball and disaster which they never announced on Monday either, not surprising given how $h1t€ it was. We should find out in an hour and a half. Kirbys Adventure would be a good start and with the usual €9.99 price tag for the first week.
  17. Rayman Leak is Fake - Interview w/ the Creator With great power, comes great responsibility. Unfortunately, he decided to use it for evil.
  18. Dat Dirty Dastard! Should have known better. Ubisoft...DLC...Wii U... Don't know whether to or
  19. http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2015/02/nintendos_wii_u_tvii_service_is_formally_cancelled_in_europe Does that mean they'll remove the icon from the Wii U menu now?
  20. I would normally be very skeptical but I'm taking it as true until proven otherwise.
  21. So much for Nintendo having no planned DLC beyond Mewtwo.
  22. http://www.breakingnews.ie/sport/lampard-hailed-for-classy-gesture-662153.html Nice to know they're not all d1ckheads. I may not like Chelsea but I always respected Frank Lampard. He just went up a further notch in my estimation.
  23. New Nintendo 3DS XL - New is Good: Enhanced Processing Power What a brutal ad. People get paid for this? Give me a ring Nintendo when you want a good ad.
  24. This game will never see my money at that price. No way is a game that short worth it. Finishing up Metroid Fusion now and it is phenomenal. Bring on Zero Mission. It's probably lurking, waiting for next years 30th anniversary.
