I don't think an edit was necessary. I kept it Wii U only and I avoided that $hi1tstorm earlier completely, so much of that maelstrom I had to just glance through. What I said was true and a valid point point was lost amongst the chaos.. This is the Wii U thread.

I'd also include Darksiders II as a great launch game in Wii U's first year. Sure it came out a few months after the other platforms but it's a terrific game. I'm playing through it currently. If people haven't played it, you need to. You should be able to buy it relatively cheap now.

Arsenal are in deep $h1t, 2-0 now. I wouldn't mind but Monaco look really ordinary and they couldn't have got a much easier draw all things considered.

The Toki Tori games, Shovel Knight, Stealth Inc. 2 and Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition are other great indie games. Pikmin 3, MH3U and Darksiders II are other great retail games.

Just got in, missed the goal. Was really looking forward to this game. This is proper Champions League. The other game, Juve v Dortmund has great potential too. Wow. Brilliant football from Barca, Suarez should have made it 2-0. Phenomenal football from Barca and now it is 2-0. Messi is on fire. And as I type, Neymar, 1 on 1 should have made it 3. Alves, crossbar. Should be 4-0.

There's nothing currently planned or announced for Wii U that will be the "silver bullet". So unless he has an ace up his sleeve, he's talking b0110x.

I can just picture a dongle that would require all 4 USB ports to be used and in true Nintendo fashion they'd probably under supply the thing.

That's very expensive for a repair. You'd be better off buying a secondhand Wii U, keep the gamepad and selling off the rest as parts.

My brother had leukemia, Myelodysplastic syndrome to be precise. He went through hell, he was 28 at the time, took 2 years of treatment with all sorts of operations. He needed a bone marrow transplant but unfortunately none of us were a match which made things more complicated for him. He'll never be the same again, he's been affected in so many ways and will be for the rest of his life. Even at this minute he's in hospital the past couple of days with a bug. But he's positive, he's gone back to college because he was a carpenter beforehand which he couldn't continue with really. He's training to be a school teacher and he's back playing football though I don't think that's the best idea. I hope your brother-in-law makes a full recovery. Treatment today is so much better than it was before. Not going to lie, it's a long road but just lend your support in whatever way you can. You need one of these.

You should try swapping the battery for the one in your friends gamepad. Just to rule out whether the battery is knackered or if the gamepad is faulty. Your best bet is to contact Nintendo, don't know how much it'll cost but it may not be cheap depending on the problem. I've been looking to buy a second gamepad recently as backup should mine ever fail. There was one that sold for €30 that I missed out on by about an hour. Like Nintendo Tvii is the second gamepad on the same Wii U but a pipe dream at this stage?

Just a bit of an exaggeration. You'll be back a full 48 hours before the game. It's not ideal but thems is the cost of success. As I said before you won't have to worry about the Europa League anymore after this week.
