  1. Some improvements for the next Zelda. Not have the companion character be so annoying. Get lost Fi, I know what I'm doing. No stamina meter. Silly idea. Speed up or skip dialog boxes. So slow and infuriating. I don't want to be told for the 100th time what something is when I collect it. I knew the first time. Create an overworld full of life. The sky is vast and empty, so was Skyward Sword. Don't reuse areas instead of creating new worlds. More meaningful characters would be nice, besides Groose that was it. A whole game and one developed character? One last thing. I think there should be speech. Do it right and it'll add greatly to the immersion of the game.
  2. If people want a really proper quality game, then look no further than this. I want to give a plug to a game that truly deserves it. You'll pick it up for peanuts now and it's awesome. It's brilliant in single-player and a legend in multi-player. We as Nintendo fans don't usually care about 3rd party efforts(I'm guilty and I hate EA) but this deserves the attention. http://ie.ign.com/articles/2009/05/19/boom-blox-bash-party-review (8.5/10) http://uk.gamespot.com/boom-blox-bash-party/reviews/boom-blox-bash-party-review-6209975/ (8.5/10) http://www.metacritic.com/game/wii/boom-blox-bash-party (86/100) If anybody has any other gem game recommendations, give it the kiss of life and bring it back from the dead by giving it a bump. The rigamortis might be setting in to the Wii but there are a lot of undiscovered classics.
  3. I respect your opinion on most games but this is the worst Zelda in my opinion. I couldn't be paid enough to play this twice. I love Zelda. Own and have played them all. Majoras Mask being my favourite, then a toss up between TP and Links Awakening. You can tell they didn't try too hard, it was released too late for Wii. I liked the motion controls in general besides the constant resetting and oh yeah the constant resetting. Instead of creating new areas, they just reused the same assets non-stop over and over. I keep telling myself you can't hate this game, right, c'mon it's Zelda, ZELDA? But I think I do and there is something really disconcerting and annoying about this game.
  4. I still play MH3 all the time. 800+ hours. I don't want to have to play all the way through what I've already done to reach the 50% new features in the Wii U game. 3DS and Wii U save files can be copied and transferred, so why not Wii? I know Wii save files of MH3 could be copied and implemented if they tried. It would be simple for them.
  5. It's both singleplayer and multiplayer. Though the majority of the fun and time is spent on multiplayer. Why don't you like that feature? I've never finished the story mode in the original, probably only half, just didn't care but the online is absolutely brilliant. Hundreds and hundreds of hours spent there. You don't know what you're missing.
  6. Wii

    ZombiU

I don't really care. I'm just saying NSMB is hardly revolutionary and Batman while in the same boat, is still far better at implementing gameplay features. Batman has it's own problems. Full price for a year old port. Thanks Warner Bros..
  7. Wii

    ZombiU

As I've said elsewhere placing platforms for noobs in NSMB is really interesting and a major leap in gameplay. Almost as exciting as the second player shooting star bits in Mario Galaxy. Yawn!

@Zechs Merquise Blop2 yes. The rest
  9. Why would they need to milk it? NSMB Wii has sold 26 million. There's one iteration on both the Wii and DS. There's no need to make sequels when they're selling like nuts. Guess what newly released Nintendo handheld has a NSMB game already and now Wii U is getting the same treatment. Nintendo know it's a cash cow for each platform. I do know what I'm talking about. I own the games on Wii and DS. I did enjoy the games but I do recognise the sequels are lazy. NSMB U is the DS game with a lick of HD paint. They're not even utilising the gamepad well. It's used to put in platforms for noobs. Almost as exciting as the second player feature in Mario Galaxy. There's no excuse for this game not to run in 1080p. The Wii U wouldn't break a sweat displaying it but guess what they're being.......lazy!
  10. Wii

    ZombiU

This and Arkham City are the only 2 games to really make use of the gamepad screen as far as I know. Ubisoft are showing Nintendo how a console should be supported with hopefully quality titles at launch.
  11. Wrong! Should've gone to Specsavers, your fanboy goggles are so welded on, they're cutting off the blood supply to your brain. Contrary to your idiotic and repetitive posts it's easy and lazy to be able to make a game like this. It doesn't matter how many times you spill forth with the same crap, it doesn't make it anymore true.
  12. Fixed. Makes no difference to me as I won't be buying this lazy effort.
  13. Consider yourself terminated dirtbag!
  14. Nintendo have confirmed that this game will run in 1080p. I'd expect no less, seeing as it's not exactly a tour de force of the Wii U system. Can't wait
  15. I'll give this a go. I have the following games for trade: Trauma Center: Second Opinion Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 Does anybody have some games that they've finished and maybe would like to trade for these?
  16. No true. Nuke Town is great fun and no it's not for noobs. It's especially good for Headquarters and Capture The Flag. There's a reason it'll probably be available. It's one of if not the most popular map.
  17. I'm reading several reports that this game is now coming out Q1 2013. It was originally planned for the launch and looked like 1 of the few quality games, not mentioning an original non-port game. Shame really if true. At least they're not rushing it and making sure it's top quality. Take note other publishers.
  18. Monster Hunter Tri Vs Monster Hunter Wii U - screenshot comparison http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/42553/monster-hunter-tri-vs-monster-hunter-wii-u-screenshot-comparison/ Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Brings Hardcore to Wii U Monster Hunter Tri is coming to Wii U, but what exactly has changed? - Lagiacrus: snapping jaws and electrified - Tigrex: hyper-aggressive movements - vastly cut-down loading times - 50% more content than Tri, but most of it is in the upper levels of the game (G class quests) - Brachydios is a cross between a poisonous rhino and an extraordinarily aggressive, volcanic T-Rex - drops explosive neon-green saliva - can pile-drive you into the ground with its arms - leaves a residue of slime wherever it treads - Barroth, a mud-loving rhino-like monster that rumbled around the desert in Tri - green nodes on Brachydios' head start to glow before he erupts into rage mode - monster stamina system has been expanded - now its easier to know when a monster is weakened or hurt - bring two AI companions along in single player - Cha-Cha and Kayumba sing stat-boosting songs and have the odd stab at a monster during battle - real purpose is to draw a monster’s attention away from you - GamePad screen shows your map - can also be used to fiddle with your inventory - targeting button that lets you lock on to monsters http://ie.ign.com/articles/2012/10/04/monster-hunter-3-ultimate-brings-hardcore-to-wii-u [Nintendo Direct] Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate presentation Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Wii U screenshots emerge http://www.capcom-unity.com/dubindoh/blog/2012/10/04/monster-hunter-3-ultimate-wii-u-screenshots-emerge
  19. You know your game is bad when it makes it as one of the top stories on the yahoo home page and the headline reads: Horror reviews for Resident Evil game Critics have unexpectedly panned the latest instalment of one of the world's most popular games. 'Excruciating'. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/horror-for-gamers-as-new-resident-evil-is-panned-by-critics.html
  20. Yes my vote at the last second for Boom Blox: Bash Party helped let it sneak into the top 50. Deserves better placing. I'll read the rest shortly.
  21. What's to talk about? He's a dirtbag. What do you expect, he plays for Chelsea. Their captain, no less. He's been a knacker all his life.
  22. The best? It's easy to be the best when it's the only football game on the system. By that logic it's also the worst football game for the Wii U. Name a worse football game? I repeat is this how you reward lazy developers?
  23. Why would you buy it? It's missing many features present in the other versions. Is this how you reward lazy developers? Sure while you're at it why not buy FIFA 13 for the Wii, sorry I mean FIFA 12?
  24. Would there have been extra time if any of the games had ended in a draw in the League Cup? Never mind I've answered my own question. Yes.
  25. I agree and it's not even FIFA 13, their words, not mine.
