I always found the levels in Single player really long and boring, so good to hear these seem to be snappier. That Alt + F4 got a good chuckle. I might have to give this a go. Maybe it'll make me actually decent with any weapon that's not a Roller. Spoiler: No, it won't

Game Freak did a very similar thing with Mega Stones on Pokémon Sun and Moon. Entering an Online Competition netted you some a month early.

Treehouse just announced that the "Challenge Mode" portion of the expansion pack is coming out today. Progressing in it gets you a few new Blades.

The "New Pokémon" giveaway is one of the very few things in this game that I take issue with and you know that.

So tempted to say you can never finish the Pokédex in Let's Go anyway if you're missing over 600 of them. I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the "new Pokémon" is gonna be pretty readily available in next year's generation 8 game. In other words, it's being used as advertising.

Go to Let's Go only, one way trip. You also can't transfer Mew from Go to Let's Go at all. Pokeball Plus is the only way to get a Mew on Let's Go.

Hmmm? Not entirely sure what you mean by "both ways" This particular Mew can only be put on to the Pokémon Let's Go games. You can't transfer it to Pokémon Go or Pokémon Bank and the other mainline games. If you're talking about the actual Pokeball Plus, I imagine you can put the Mew back in the ball like any other Pokémon.

Pic of the day is back! This trophy featured during E3 and it looks quite fun. The K.O lines slowly getting closer to the center is wild. One of those Assist Trophies that doesn't necessarily help anyone. BTW, Sudden Death ditched the dropping bob-ombs for a more permanent version of what happens here.

Oh no, don't get me wrong. Scummy "You gotta buy this to get this" is nothing new to the Pokémon Series. But it hasn't happened for over 12 years, not to mention that at least you got games out of them. (Yeah, I know Pokémon Channel barely qualifies as a game, but Pokémon Ranger was decent) This is just a Pokewalker disguised as a controller and being sold for the same price as a game. (Unless you get the $100 bundle) I just thought Game Freak were past reverting back to a practice we hadn't seen since 2006. But this is easily the worst case of having to "pay to get a single Pokémon" ever. The fact that they don't let you transfer a Mew from the mobile game makes it a whole lot more heinous.

Yep, that's typical Smash conversations. I will say that I am super jealous of you though. You're gonna have at least 43 new characters to mess with! And quite a few of the Melee bunch have been tweaked since the GameCube days. Bowser feels totally different these days and Roy doesn't feel like an exact copy of Marth any more.

R.O.B sold a damn load of NES consoles in America, which helped turn video games around after it's massive crash of the time. I wouldn't even dream of calling it a "failed accessory" @Daft Not to mention Wii Fit was bloody huge. It's a big point for the success of the Wii. Also, Wii Fit Trainer is great fun, with her random health tips telling you to not let your bottom stick out.

Not entirely sure where you heard that term, but I'm gonna assume it's the page on the Smash site showing off all 68 fighters so far.
