First mainline Pokémon game in history where it will be completely impossible to catch them all. Chances are likely your favourite Pokémon won't be in this game.

Pokémon Theme is up now. A lot of nice touches in this theme. Most of the sound effects are completely different to the usual Tetris 99. Getting a K.O gives you the sound of the EXP Bar filling up, swapping blocks with your stored one gets the saving sound effect, even the music for when you lose is changed. The actual music for when you're playing is a good fit too, but that wouldn't be hard. Great theme!

Well, this Shenanigans montage is really hectic, might take multiple watches just to catch everything! Features me as Blue Terry, @BowserBasher as Brownish Terry, @Sprout as NeoGeo Terry for some, than Green Terry. Also has @S.C.G as the other NeoGeo Terry, @Jonnas as... Uhhh, I can't remember if there was a third NeoGeo one. @Dcubed was Black Terry and @RedShell was the regular Terry, I believe, probably wrong on something. Enjoy!

It was this comic that cemented the "Use Ness as Player 2 for Terry" idea for me. That last panel cracks me up every time I see it!

So, first impressions of Terry. He's not just OK, he's really fun, his Engrish, his moveset and his mechanic all make for really interesting and entertaining fights. It's remarkable how different he feels to Ryu and Ken, despite sharing the same command input mechanic. When I play as Ryu or Ken, I seem to do better when I'm deliberate and mechanical, Terry, on the other hand, is really good at rushdown attacks. He's reliant on the player knowing his command inputs, because unlike Ryu and Ken, his two best moves can only be done with them. When I saw the more complicated inputs for Buster Wolf and Power Geyser, I was worried it might be too complicated to pull off, but it's actually quite lenient with how much time you've got to do it, I can pull it off about 75% of the time. A bit of practice and I'm sure I'll improve with him. Also, his Final Smash is very hard to dodge. Luckily, only the closest person hit gets the full brunt of the attack, everyone else takes a bit less damage, kinda like Banjo's Final Smash. So, yeah, much more technical but very rewarding if you get good with him. And only SNK can get away with having a character in Smash with a rubbish voice and actually be all the better for it. If his voice was actually as good as the other Smashers, I'd be disappointed. Stage is very cool too, the walls shouldn't add that much to the fight, but it's very satisfying knocking people through it. A totally flat stage shouldn't be that unique, so props to Sakurai's team there. I also got a 9.9 with Terry. Yeah, there's no extra characters to fight on the Co-op version, and they still come out 1 at a time, very easy 9.9 there, thanks to @Dcubed, who played as Ness, because there's no more perfect character to co-op Terry than Young Terry.

Good, he says it, best character confirmed! Yeah, that Classic Route looks like one of the trickier ones. Only 150 HP to take down 3 characters with 100 is a big disadvantage. I appreciate the Battle Arena changes, it'd make things very easy to set up any Smash tourney we might plan on doing.

OK, 50 songs at once is officially more insane than the Castlevania and Mega Man selection! Nice to see Samurai Showdown and Metal Slug sneak a few in there as well. It's gonna take me forever to sort the "My Music" section out for that stage... Jonnas there, accidently predicting exactly when that T.O.P mechanic kicks in. He also predicted three of his specials as well. What a nerd! Anyway, I had to watch that presentation with the sound on mute, but I did notice that Terry uses both "old and new" voices, so I have one very important question... Does Terry say "Are you OK?" during that Buster Wolf Final Smash animation?

Well, we definitely agree on that front.

I think I know the two you're on about. It's worth noting that it could be a fanmade mod. Mii costumes would be a lot easier to mock up compared to actual playable characters.

The series has made great strides to simplify the process of EV training since the 6th generation. Sun/Moon, for example, has the Isle Pelago feature, where you can leave a Pokémon there, specify what stat you want to train, how many points you want it to aim for (whether it be just 1, or all 63) and then bugger off and do something else until it's done. You don't even have to have the game running for it to do its work. The only thing you had to know before hand was that each Pokemon could only have a total of 127 bonus stat points through EV training (so you can't have every stat get the extra 63, you have to decided which stats are best for what you're going for). It was very easy to get a competitively viable Pokémon if you used this stuff, and I'd be surprised if there wasn't a similar feature in Sword/Shield.

L activates the plunger. Holding L and R gets you the dark light. All the features of the poltergust can be used with the shoulder buttons, leaving your thumb free to use the right stick.

I am not exaggerating when I say that this is the most relieved I've ever been when it comes to this game. That said, get with the times! Since Ultra Sun, I've only needed to reset for natures thanks to Hyper Training. And now I'm worried that they'll drop that feature here.

Whenever someone complains about a fire starter, it's normally a sure fire sign that I'll probably like it. Incineroar, Emboar, Infernape, those three are my favourite starters of their respective generations, yet get absolutely lambasted for their designs. Of course, the actual reason for a lot of the complaints is because they happen to be anthropomorphic. Which is mad, because Incineroar alone has the most character out of any starter ever.

Yeah, given the whole thing revolves around working together to cover as much ground as possible, you'd need split screens to make it work. On the plus side, you and a friend (Who controls Gooigi) can make a 2-player group locally and join a ScareScraper session online that way. I'd love to get a session going where everyone was doing this and having 8 Luigis running around the place. It'd be utter madness!

The score for Team Boo were divided by 4, then multiplied by 3 to make it fair for the other team. The members of Team Boo get an extra 10 points added to their score for all 3 GPs.
