Let's see how we make seperate groups: in Sweden most people have blonde hair and blue eyes. Even though brown is the dominant hair color and eye color. But they're keeping their breed local - and that's how the swedish would - if there wasn't any intervention - will become an apart 'breed' of humans. So eventually, human kind will split up - or the best will survive.

HD Today - is it really necessary right now?
Jasper replied to david.dakota's topic in Nintendo Gaming
GameCube had HD support, too, it just wasn't used. It's not on the later models anymore - but if you have an early one you might have noticed the 'digital out' - that's High Definition. But neither the Xbox nor the GameCube could spur out 720p or 1080p - don't even remotely think so. There's a significant reason why the 'HD'-consoles are so expensive. But I have to stick with Nitnendo on this one - HD is not necessary right now. it's necessary in three years from now, but not at the moment. We can live without. When everybody has an HD-tv, then it's a bright move to do it, and then they can do it much cheaper than their competitors because of cheaped up production. Now let's quit talking about this. It's starting to get annoying to read all the threads on graphics all over again with no valuable arguments given anymore. Nintendo won't change this one and apparantly they've got the right end of the stick - that's what sales prove right now. -
And, don't forget, once you're bag was filled it would stay that way. I don't even use the magical rupee-eating and link-hugging armor. And your killer apps will be for 2007, lad.

That's pretty much it. That, and the fact that I look like a nerd with short hair and it rempinds me of the worst parts in my life. Wich means long guy stays in the house. What's everyone's problem with long hair anyway? Short hair is such a classic. You're all a bunch of conservatives.

Here's me. With a 56k warning right on top of it: 56k Warning! Though it's probably too late anyway. Quite old, but one of the rare pics of me that actually looks good. Oh, and yes - I own a copy of PhotoShop. That's why my cheecks look like they are soft and smooth .

Godver that'll be. it's the dutch iteration of God Damned, only with damned shortened (the entire word is 'verdomme' or, with god taken in account 'godverdomme'). A little like wanting to curse using God and then changing your mind by not finishing the word. Lovely. Please add shouting voice here.

Our thoughts? Again? -
I know people who won't agree and say that the first half of the game is the better half. 'Cough', motion2000, 'Cough'.

Nintendos strategy - And why - 'they' cant copy it.
Jasper replied to ManiLink's topic in Nintendo Gaming
It's the 'I've-written-a-speech-about-something-we-all-know-for-years' syndrome all over again. We all know this - but you should point out that if Sony wants, they'll copy. And Sony can change it's business strategy just as easely as Nintendo can, it's not because they make technology that they have to go in that direction. In the end, we expected the same thing from Nintendo three years ago - no revolution, but just a next-generation HD console. Nintendo changed angle on this and Sony can do that as well. They just don't think it's necessary right now. The advantage is: Nintendo will be seen as the real innovator in the next generation because they're doing it for a longer time. If all the rest do this 'revolution' they'll be too obvious copy-cats. If you make a controller shaped like a remote control, it will be a little to obvious. But I'de like to see them try. -
It's faith. I strongly believe in things happening because they should. This makes it possible to flow in life. But it's true - the good things always seem to turn out bad eventually. But on the other hand, without the bad ones, the good wouldn't taste half as good.

The Zelda: Twilight Princess thread is more like a general Zelda thread to. It started with creationism and evolution and now it has changed - like a normal conversation is. No need to change the table when you change the subject, now is it? No lock needed on this one, at least we're talking about something very interesting.
-
Or desperation, and no, I didn't count them - I just made a rough guess . I'm not that interested in you - I'm not obsessed enough to track every step you do.

Are you reading at all? We passed that discussion long ago. Aw wait, that has been said before! You were faster, but I do agree.

If you need advice in love, go to a forum with only women. I noticed that the girls in my class are probably the most helpfull beings when it's about love. And sex, too, apparantly. Now Tellyn888 you're really making a mess out of this one. There isn't any reference about stalking except the fact a girl said he was a little too attached. Men are stupid, yes. But not stalkers per se. And god, I do'nt want to be the thread-starter now since you have just pulled somebody's heart out, threw it on the floor and stomped on it. Eight times.

Now if we start like that we won't be finished in twenty-hundred years from now. The Bible says we should just accept the fact that God is there. Just like science explains to us that the energy used to make the universe was always there and was never created. The strange thing about humans is they're not capable of accepting the fact that there was always something, something standard. We shouldn't ask where that energy that shaped the universe came from - but still we do.

The replies in this thread are just hilarious. "If the way you talked to her was anything like that post I can completely comprehend why she blocked you.", indeed, Owario. "Your only one step from a restraining order, congratulations.", top-notch. "I just really wanted to post this", waw.

It's part of life. The sooner you see how complex women can make the world, you'll be better off. Men are simple. We don't overthink things to much, don't get to emotionally involved. From the moment you start shouting back, I can tell from experience, they'll make sure life becomes a hell emotionally. Here's the major thing to remember: women hold grudges, men just hit the other person and live on. If I were you though, I wouldn't aask too much around anymore and let it cool down. Afterwards you should try to ask her what the hell is wrong and - for your own sake - take all the blame on you. That will help restarting you relation with her. Girls are complicated. I'm in a class with nine girls and you learn a lot about them by watching their behaviour. Remember: they're emotional killers, men are fysical killers. She fricking blocked me - love that song now. It's so... woman .

By THQ. It's as if a magical experience is on the way! One of groundbreaking proportions, that is.

You've just revived a hefty discussion, dude. You're responsible for the accidents that are bound to happen. On topic, and to get that started, yes. You're right. it didn't feel all Zelda all the time. But I still think it was a great experience, though I prefer (out of nostalgia perhaps) the older editions. Wind Waker was great, but I think it was so great because of it's obvious art direction. Twilight Princess doesn't really have a great art direction - it's nice and realistic, but it wasn't groudn-breaking to me. And don't get me started on the story...

Thankls for pointing that out, WeeYellowBloke. It's a heap of text and actually speaks about the bare beginnings. Right now, though, nobody is really sure how it happened. On the other subject, mankind is good at adaption and therefore excels in evolution. We can live in extreme cold as well as extreme heat - and that is our good point. So yes, mankind is perfect when you look at it in that way. All we have to learn is move faster than light and breath in space.
-
The point is, in the times witht he cro-magnon, showing your power would be enough to secure future for you. If you couldn't, you'd lose and your genes would die. Right now we are all capable of planting our genes - except gay people, though. There are few who can't get a girlfriend and being stronger or smarter doesn't actually help you anymore. Yes, natural evolution might work a little different - but the point is that the best genes survive, if those genes are connected to the fact that they want to plant. Eventually, the better will enhance human kind.

Probably a scratched disc missing the feature of hot spring water. Or you're just missing something. Try gamefaqs.

Not true. Yes, we need selection for evolution. But what if everyone is selected? My point is that mankind won't evolve like it did in the past ages. It will evolve into many sub-men, different evolutions. Because in this day and age even those who would not be selected a thousand years ago are now able to pass on their faults. So the evolution will evolve mankind into many little subkinds. There will be no real selection process anymore like the days of yore.

You're not stuck, per se. We're atlking about the old Goron in front of the Malo Mart, though - not the one inside. Maybe that helps?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SSID Helps you out on the first one. The second, google it an i'm sure you'll find some usefull results. It's faster than waiting for responses on a forum.
