Sarka Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 I was thinking of getting a Mario Party game soon, but is it best to just get #4 for cheapo? Or is it better to invest in a newer version for an extra fiver (dun dun dun!!11!!1!!1)?
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 The best this Gen is 5 id say. But 2 on the 64 is the best
Stocka Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 I only have 4 but really like it so get it
Mr_toad Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Nooooo, don't take 4. It takes ages for the computer player to finish a turn. Buy MP6 if you ask me. It's much faster and the boards have more variation. (plus the microphone is a nice gimmick)
Sarka Posted October 3, 2005 Author Posted October 3, 2005 If your playing 4 player is the computer going slow an issue? And I thought the microphone might be a good gimmick, but it'd cost me some extrea bucks.
Zakatu Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Mario Party 2 This generation, 5 or 6 are the best. 4 is the worst.
Hero-of-Time Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 Best version is number 2 by far but that was on the 64 so if you want one for the Cube I suggest 4 as that was pretty cool.
Din Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 I've only Played 4 and 5 so I would say get 4. Me and my mates played Mario Party 4 quite a lot so I bought 5 expecting the same but we never got into it. Although now I think there both crap and boring.
Mike Posted October 3, 2005 Posted October 3, 2005 I'm surprised at all the support for 4 - the flat boards are really dull compared to the ones in the latest games. I would recommend 5 or 6, which are pretty much the same as each other.
