Charlie Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Andy Murray's just beaten local favourite Schricapan at the Thailand Open in Bangkok. 6-7, 7-5, 6-2. An awesome performace by Murray. He plays Federer in the final tomorrow morning.
BeerMonkey Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 federer is the god of tennis at mo hes unstoppable....great to watch him thou
Retro_Link Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Murrays got some fight in him that's for sure! Looks as though his fitness might be improving aswel Role on Wimbledon!
Guest Jordan Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Murray is a great player... but Federer is going to destroy him .
Jon Posted October 1, 2005 Posted October 1, 2005 Having seen murray play, i think hes overated, every match he plays seems to be one titanic struggle for him and im not talking bout the actual tennis, he always moans and complains bout injuries and cant seem to play one match without calling the trainer on. Being that he's scottish though, i shall still support him, though hes got no chance.
dazzybee Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Overrated?!?! He's 18 for fucks sake!! I hate negative people like you. Well I obviously dont hate you But I hate negativity!! He's done brilliantly for his age! He'll be a world star in tennis guaranteed!! Unless he succumbs to drink and drgs or gets mutilated in a horrific car acciddent!

But yea, he done great to get to the final, this guy has an excellent future ahead of him if all the media hype and pressures don't get the better of him. Give it a years time and he'll be Britain's number one.
Eddage Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Also his new ranking is now 68 in the world and it's interesting when you think that at the same age Federer was only 64 in the world, and look at him now!
