I ended up falling asleep on the sofa last night for the entire match so I've only just watched the highlights. For fucks sake Kelleher...

I have no idea what he was even doing. I mean, he went to go for the ball and then ended up not even jumping for it anyway. Still, we were garbage and didn't really deserve the win.

I think the team just looked absolutely exhausted. Makes sense given we went full throttle against both Real Madrid and Man City last week. Our defence was a shambles, with both Gomes and Quansah looking really out of place. It's a shame Bradley got injured during the Madrid match. He has been amazing in recent weeks and is a great alternative to using TAA.

News of the crash just popped up on Soccer Saturday. It's not sounding good.

West Ham have confirmed he's stable:

Be careful out there folks.

That's because financial fair play rules are now in place. It means he can't just buy his way to victory anymore and will have to actually manage a team on a budget. :D

Haha! Now the Man U keeper cocked up and gifted Spurs a goal. Great game for the neutral. :D

Sounds like it's a great game for anyone not wearing goalie gloves

Cracking game v Spurs again. Obviously I was happy with the result but it was a great game for the neutrals.

I gotta imagine Ange will be under a lot of pressure, given the recent performance/results of the club.

Brilliant first half. Obviously not happy with Spurs scoring so many but thankfully at no point did you ever think we wouldn't just come back and score another.

Yeah, we definitely got sloppy in the second half. Slot will be happy with the win but won't be pleased with those 3 goals.

@killthenetcongrats on bearing City. Lovely stuff.

Shame you and Spurs couldn't score another 3 between you to make it the highest scoring PL game ever. Ange is going to be bald by the end of January if the Carabao semi final is anything like that.

Thanks @Hero-of-Time, it was a great performance from us - more like what we're capable of but it doesn't seem as significant a win as when we beat them last season, given the shocking form that they're in

How has this Liverpool match gone ahead? You can't see sod all due to the fog.

I kinda like it, feels like an old school football match when stuff like this still went ahead.

Give the men their contracts!!!!

The reporting coming out of Spain and higher tier Liverpool journalists that Trent is going to be signing his pre-contract to go to Madrid in the coming months and leave on a free has been heating up over the last few days. Crazy.

But yeah, whether he goes or not, the fact that you lot haven't tied down van Dijk and Salah is absolutely mental. Feels like your board is playing chicken and they don't seem to realise how easily they could lose that game of chicken :blank:
