When you were fighting all the Roxxon and Underground people in the street at the end, trying to clear it out for Miles’ mum and Ganke, did you hear Miles say “I hope Spider-man is ok up there”? Because I ended up hearing that line twice because I died and had to restart the fight and I just couldn’t figure out the context.

I was looking through this thread after recently playing through the PS4 version of the game and, nearly three years later, I have an answer because I heard it as well!

The context is that Miles is referring to Teo's cat called Spider-Man! It does come up out of the blue though and is said at such an odd time that maybe they should've just had him say "I hope Teo and Spider-Man are doing okay up there" to help clarify. 

And yes, this is totally a valid reason to revive a thread
