Posted June 18, 2017 So.. unlike my Sega troll thread from 7 years ago, this seems to be legitimate.. But no idea what it's going to be. Maybe Atari is the one trolling, and it's going to be an Atari classic mini. I think I heard it was going to be more like a PC.. Maybe some kind of Steam box type thing. https://www.ataribox.com/

Posted June 19, 2017 Surely this can't be anything more than an attempt at getting in on the NES Mini craze and creating a smaller HDMI version of one of their consoles. I've read somethings saying it's built on PC technology which perhaps flys in face of that, it couldn't an Atari branded Linux system surely? Steam Machines hardly set the world alight! Posted June 21, 2017 They already do those - the last one came out in November. Not HDMI as far as I knew? (Which is why I said smaller HDMI versions, I'm totally aware there are older connection versions) Also they are licensed by AtGames so Atari have never really been big on hyping them up themselves.
