Someone who drives an expensive car, wears nice suits and spends a lot of time at high-end casinos. Imagine him sitting at a fancy poker table, playing against Jason Statham and antagonizing him because of his cockney accent and general lack of sophistication. Letting Statham know that he sees through the disguise and is toying with him just because he knows Statham can't do anything. And like any good Bond villain, he'd have this big, elaborate lair which the Expendables would have to destroy.
